I am actually doing well. One of my big things was organization. I've made a ton of headway there.
Today I am taking all our important papers and refiling them.
I have been exercising more. Not as much as I would like but more than before.
My other big goal was an extensive list of house/decor projects which we have steadily chipping away at.
Once it warms up I will start running. I am going to.donyhe Wounded Warrior run for our town. It would be my first race ever. It goes past our house and DD1 watches so it's important to me to train hard and finish.

I made a loose resolution to get on a cleaning schedule. If it's not routine then I don't do it and I'm just not one of those people who cleans when they're stressed/bored/for fun. So far it's working great. It feels manageable and I made it so that I can accomplish a little every day as opposed to my usual mindset of do it all at once. I'm struggling a little with how to incorporate odd tasks like wiping the base boards and cleaning the blinds but that also feels a little over achiever-ish for where I'm at right now. I am also back in the habit of flossing my teeth (small but important!). I'd like to get back in to working out but I didn't make it a resolution. That felt like too much pressure and Dreaming I hear ya that there just aren't enough hours in the day for it all.
laur good luck on your training. Have you already signed up for the race?
I've not really mapped out my resolutions yet. I like making monthly resolutions bc it helps it feel more attainable and less overwhelming. January was cutting out sweets. Fail. I've improved but I'm definitely still eating a lot of sugar. Although I feel like I am eating a normal person amount of sugar now so that is progress. I love these cleaning and organization resolutions! I need to do that too.
I didn't make any specific goals for this year, but I did rearrange my closet last weekend. I used to be very particular about it, but while I was pregnant, I got lazy about my system. Now everything is back to being divided by dresses, skirts, cardigans, shirts, and jackets, and arranged by colour among their respective categories. I also moved everything that's currently too small into a spare closet downstairs.

ellewills618, care to share your cleaning schedule? I desperately need one but can't settle on any!

goosegirl here it is (and pinterest has a ton of ideas too if this doesn't work for you). I clean during E's morning nap and after cleaning is done I can internet or whatever I want for me time.
Monday- Kitchen Tuesday- Upstairs bathrooms Wednesday- Vacuum upstairs and downstairs Thursday- Downstairs bathroom and dust Friday- Change sheets and wet swiffer Saturday- Windows and grocery shop
Daily- dishes, laundry, general pick up, and making the beds
I made a goal to take better care of myself. With eating, doing little things for myself, etc. I have been okay. One thing I wants to do was actually dry my hair and put on a little bit of make up in the morning. I have been doing this. There have only been a few days so far that I have left with wet hair in the morning (and one day it was raining, so I don't count that day!). I need to do better about drinking more water. I always feel better on days that I drink a lot of water. This is my next mini-goal. I have also been better about not getting Starbucks at all during the week- a huge improvement!

Hmm resolutions you ask? I am still working on that. Organization is tough and I still. Red to get a birthday list going. By my account I have three weeks until a birthday occurs around here.... Sigh. I feel so disorganized sometimes. I could just throw all the stuff away but that probably wouldn't work either.
On the other hand I am working out. My goal is three times a week. I don't care for how long. Cardio each time + abs/arms/or legs in rotation. So far I'm doing ok.
