I have an appointment next Thursday, which will be my first official prenatal visit, and the first time I get to speak with my doctor directly since my ultrasound. I want to prepare a list of questions to ask so I can be as best prepared as I can for this pregnancy.
So what are some things I should ask? I'm drawing a blank! TIA for any guidance here.

You'll want to know what type of twins they are- di/di (own placentas, own sacs), mo/di (shared placenta, own sacs), or mo/mo (both shared). Some types are riskier than others so they may want to see you more frequently; though maybe not this early.
If all goes well, when they'll want you to have delivered by and what your options are in terms of vaginal delivery/c-sections.
Yes, this is definitely on my list.
And sort of related to that, I'm wondering if my stature and weight pre-pregnancy have any influence on how "high risk" I'll be considered. I'm 5'3" and my starting weight was 105lbs. I've always been petite. I was in awe of how my body stretched during my pregnancy with DD, and I was so lucky to bounce right back. I just wonder how the heck my body will hold up this time around.

I'm 5'3", although I started at 175lb. My height was no consideration in my care, but it's worth asking about the weight.
I would definitely ask about what type they are, what kind of extra monitoring they will give you, when you'll be seeing MFM (if they do that, I do recommend seeing a MFM office in addition to your OB personally). Ask about any other issue you have that may be a factor in the pregnancy, about if GD testing will be any different, etc...
I don't think weight is an issue, I'm 5'1" and was 110 at my first appt, they never seemed concerned about my size, although I was. I lagged gaining weight for quite awhile but after 20 weeks I started slowly catching up and now I'm right where they want me to be. They have mentioned they don't see me lasting to 37 weeks because I'm so petite, but that's about it.
Thank you! That's refreshing to hear. We've only told our parents so far but my MIL is already making bed rest comments and "they'll have to induce you sooooo early". Ugh.
Can I ask how far along you are now? And how are you feeling?
