I'm pretty confident that I'm going to purchase the Spectra S1 pump (my insurance doesn't cover it so I'm paying out of pocket). Depending on when I get it, it may or may not come with a tote bag. Plus who is to say that if it does come with a tote that I will like it anyway.
At first I thought you meant breast milk storage bags, LOL. You really don't need anything glamorous IMO. I carried my plain black Medela tote bag to work for over a year with my regular purse. So I would just say find something cheap with a zipper that closes it completely on the top. Something water resistant (kind of like how diaper bags are) would be an added bonus but is not necessary.

Thank you everyone for your feedback.
Widget123 since you brought it up, does anyone have suggestions for breast milk storage bags? We have a big refrigerator so I'm not concerned about being able to lie them flat vs standing upright. I would like to pump directly into them(FTM so I don't know if that's possible) and not have to worry about leaking whether they were refrigerated or frozen.

Thanks again.
Medela and Lanisoh bags freeze well and haven't leaked for me although I'm not familiar enough with your pump to know how well it would work to pump directly in them all the time. One thing to remember is you aren't going to pump the exact amount your baby needs for a feeding. It's just so much more practical and cost efficient to pump into containers and pour only what you are going to freeze into bags IMO.
