What are LO's schedules like during the day? My DS nap time is all over the map lately. It's a struggle everytime! He used to have three naps a day no fighting it all! Now he will only sleep in the ergo!

Ours varies a ton. Most times it is three naps, 30-40min long, but now DH has been napping with him and can sometimes get 1.5-2hours! He has not dropped that third nap though.
We lost the 3rd nap and are all over the place here too. After losing the 3rd nap, it used to be two set naps, morning and afternoon and both were 1-2 hours which was great. Then it was morning nap was longest, 1-2 hours and shorter in the afternoon (maybe 45 mins - 1 hour) Now its hit or miss, yesterday was 20 mins in the morning and then just slept in the car 1 hour late afternoon...
DD is a horrible night sleeper though so I was at least thankful she is a decent napper. Who knows anymore!
Our schedule varies, but on a 'typical' day (if there is such a thing!) he gets up around 7-7:30, goes down for a nap between 8:30 and 9 (1.5 hours after waking) and sleeps for 30-45 minutes. Nap 2 is around 11:30-noon (about 2 hours after waking) and lasts around an hour or a little more. Nap 3 is at 3-3:30 (2 hours after waking), and lasts about an hour. Then he's awake till bedtime. We start getting ready for bed at 6:30 and he's in his crib by 7.
That sounds a lot more organized than we really are...there are a lot of days where it doesn't happen like this, but this routine happens more than any other.
Same thing is happening over here! I kept meaning to post about it.
We went from being able to lay DD down awake at naptime to having to rock her to sleep. If we just lay her down she either plays or cries, she played for a hour the other day before I have up and rocked her to sleep. Her length of naps still about 1-2 hours.
She also has been waking up a lot at night which is unusual. She wakes up once to eat once and now she is waking up and crying for a minute or two a few times a night.
DS is all over the place. He normally will take a nap in the morning, around noon, and then in the afternoon. A long nap for him is an hour. Normally he sleeps only 30-45 minutes.
We have him in his crib at night by 7, but he has started to get really cranky around 6. So I don't know if we will have to make his bedtime earlier. Or work on getting him to nap better.

anniebn, yes don't do it! I'm doomed, LOL...this is DD all night long in my bed. The crazy thing is she takes her naps just fine in her crib, not sure what goes so wrong at night. I swear they know how to manipulate us! haha

Yes they do, little boogers! He doesn't give me a hard time at night so I don't know why naps are so complicated. Ugh....

DS wakes up at 7am. I feed him, change his diaper and put him back to bed. He sometimes falls asleep and other times plays until daddy gets up. Daddy gets him up at 9:30ish and LO stays up until bedtime at 9:00 pm. He sleeps until the next morning.

DD takes 2 or 3 naps a day. Typically she takes a 2-3 hr nap in the mornings after her fruit and cereal (which is 2-3 hours after she wakes up in the morning), and then a 30-45 minute nap in the late afternoon/evening. If something happens and she gets cut short on the first nap then she usually takes a 30-45 minute nap every 3 hours or so (which comes out to 3-4 naps for the day).
