I must confess- I didn't do yesterday's. But I jumped back in to do today's! Just realized I did the modified version, which is why it seemed suspiciously easier... Maybe I'll do the regular version later if I'm feeling ambitious.
Just finished the set for today. Since I wasn't sore today I decided to actually do yesterday's set as well (since I accidentally did the modified version and felt like a cheater). Now I'm having all sorts of random pains all over my body... Unrelated? Maybe. But I blame the planks.
I need to catch up to today's plank I've missed 3 days. But I did give up my s'mores pop tart addiction. All I had to do is find out how many calories they are and I'm done with them.
I'm still doing them! I'm really frustrated though because they'll seem super difficult and kick my ass, but I haven't been sore from any of them since the first day.
I'm still in! Today's was way hard! I dropped to my knees after 7 seconds. But then that seemed too easy so I did a regular plank hold after for 30 seconds.
My cat has discovered the stopwatch and attacked my phone. It was quite funny to watch until he got his claw in the cover and I though he might actually do some damage.
I fell off the wagon but am trying to catch up. I didnt realize forearm planks were supposed to be harder - my core is stronger than my arms so I like them better.
