I wanted to play because I actually did my first real workout in a year today (spin class at soul cycle) and my 2 glasses of rose plus wine multiplier are making me think planking is a good idea despite the fact that my body is already wiped. Off to attempt today's plank with timer, will report back in 15-20 seconds
You people who can hold a plank over a minute are rock stars. I got 40 seconds (and that was haaaard )
MH was watching me do it and by 30 seconds he was like "Just stop already. Just stop. Seriously, you can STOP! WHY ARE YOU KILLING YOURSELF OVER A PLANK??" And I was like "Must. Do. Well. For D14 huzzah!" and fell over.

Today's was tough. I'd look at the clock and think it was well past halfway, but actually it was just 20 seconds in. By the end of the 3rd set my abs were done.
My lats are killing me already and I haven't even done day 3 yet!
Must be working?
Or I'm just really out of shape. I couldn't figure out why they were hurting, then I remembered it was from this! I though my kid was just getting too heavy. Haha
