I don't have any experience with it. Do you lurk parenting at all? They have a thread called '30 day whole foods' (or something similar) that they started a couple months ago with people starting paleo/ things that fit that diet. I'm sure there's some good recipes in there. Hope that helps!
Check on Pinterest! There are a whole lot of recipes there. I never followed paleo myself, but being diabetic I try for lower carb meals and end up with a bunch of paleo recipes. I think my username is the same on Pinterest so if you find me, I've done most of the recipes on my dinner board.
I haven't done Paleo but low carb I have (can't give up my dairy). I'm actually doing it again. Recipes can be found on Pintrest. Tips...nothing other than to make sure you have your fridge stocked prior to starting it and keep carbs and processed foods out.of.the.house. Good luck :-)
Has any one had luck with the 17 day diet? It starts out paleo ish & then gradually adds food back in. I know people here give done it but I struggle with being so restrictive.

ang32 I could totally get not having the junk available at all! I had GD with both pregnancies so I feel like I'm more conscious now about what I eat but it's not an ideal "diet".

I've done the 17 day diet, but only the first phase as a kick myself into gear kind of thing. It helps me to have a number of days very restricted to break my bad habits. Then I went back to my low carb diet and managed to maintain my weight loss.
I'm also diabetic and worked with the GD diet while pregnant, so this was more weaning myself from eating like crap after I had the kids.

I am fairly confident that is the one my mom did and she had luck when she followed it.
