I used to run a YA review blog, so this could get long, but I'll try to rein myself in.
The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater The Finishing School series by Gail Carriger Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas The Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer The Dark Unwinding by Sharon Cameron The Sweetest Dark by Shana Abe The Near Witch by Victoria Schwab His Fair Assassin series by Robin LaFevers The Goblin Wars series by Kersten Hamilton The Grisha series by Leigh Bardugo Birthmarked series by Caragh M. O'Brien Between Shades of Gray & Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake For Darkness Shows the Stars by Diana Peterfreund Darkness Rising series by Kelley Armstrong
owlishbookish, I just started Throne of Glass so it is good to see it on your list. I am about 5% in but so far I like it. I needed a good series to get me out of my rut.
Oh my gosh, too many to count but the first ones that come to mind are:
The Seven Realms series by Cinda Williams
The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater
Cinder, Scarlet, and Cress by Marissa Meyer
This series! I wish everyone knew about this series! I still remember staying up until the wee hours of the morning to finish the final book the day it was released.

So many of mine have already been mentioned The Book Thief is my favorite YA, but I also loved Eleanor and Park and The Fault in Our Stars. The only one that I liked that hasn't been mentioned yet is Wonder.

The Raven Boys series - Maggie Stiefvater (Really disliked her Shiver series) Rebel Belle series (book 2 just came out) -Rachel Hawkins Hex Hall series- Rachel Hawkins Daughter of Smoke and Bone series- Laini Taylor The Duff - Kody Keplinger (It wasn't amazing but I liked it) Saving Francesca- Melina Marchetta Harry Potter, obviously I really liked the first 3 Vampire Academy books but then I thought they went downhill. All the Rick Riordan books, although he's more young, young adult.
