We survived the night!! It was much better having the swing and bouncer to use when he's fussy. Granted, getting up every two hours to change/feed isn't easy but it's easier when not getting out of a hospital bed.
I got to sleep flat on my back (or as flat as possible with snoogle still under me to lift up my bum some. Now, I'm drinking my coffee and debating writing his birth story while he's in his swing
I don't remember if I have shared mine or not yet. It is more of a confession- I am excited for my mom to come and visit/help out, but I really wanted just family time with DH, DS, me, and baby before we have any guests staying. If I am induced as scheduled, she will be here within a day or two of going home (assuming all goes well- could be less with any complications). I really wish OWT worked!

LO was up all night. I just finished my am pump and am so ready to go back to sleep. Thankfully LO seems to agree that going back to sleep is a great idea (finally).

I love reading the spam about all of the little ones. I know it's not all sunshine and roses but I can't wait to have spam about little man.
Going in for another growth scan today. He was in the 80th percentile last time so she wants to see if he's leveled out any growth wise or if I'm gonna be dealing with a 9pounder. I'm hoping his growth has leveled out some but that he's still healthy. As a FTM birthing a 9lb baby does not sound fun especially when I was hoping for med free. My convictions on med free are seriously wavering at this point.
In other news my diaper bag was delivered yesterday . It's a Skip Hop one from target in seersucker. I'm in love already.
A good friend of mine is supposed to test today after IVF and I'm holding my breath waiting for her to announce the result. I so hope that the test is positive.
I have yet another dr's appointment today - and a NST. Hopefully this is my last one before the baby is here - I'm tired of the doctor's office (plus it's harder and harder to get undressed and redressed)
Also random ProBoards question - when you open a thread, does it always bring you back to the top or is there a setting that brings you to the last one you read?

peggels24 - it always brings be to the top. I think there is a setting that will change it - anyone know?
K was so tired when I got home yesterday, she just laid on the couch and covered her head with a blanket. I fed P&Z at 7:00, she did 11:00, and I took 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. Seemed to work OK, but it was nicer having help for one of those. We're pondering hiring a babysitter for one night a week, just to give us a break.
Babies have their 1 month pedi appointment today. I can't believe they are already 1-mo old!!

peggels24 If you click on the "new" bubble next to the thread title, it will take you to the last post you read.
Nothing new here. I'm just trying to finish getting things organized for baby and finish projects that will be harder to do once he/she is here. Like my scrapbook. I was so far behind, but now I'm close to be all caught up.
hollydfromtn I am a FTM and I delivered a 9 lb 2 oz baby boy vaginally. He got a little stuck coming out but he got here safely and it ended up being no big deal. The only reason he got stuck is because the stubborn baby was coming out sideways. Also this (just in case): evidencebasedbirth.com/evidence-for-induction-or-c-section-for-big-baby/
I don't know what happened or if it has anything to do with making an account on here, but I cannot get on TB. It keeps throwing an error code at me. When I click on the links to the Troll Post it works fine, but even if I try to redirect from there it's an error code.

Just figured out that I tore to the side rather than straight back. I felt my stitches for the first time too. Tmi Thursday. DH confirmed that I did tear to the side ... poor guy. He's never unseeing that.

This thing makes me login every time I go to reply to a thread. Annoying.
We went out to dinner tonight. Jude's snowsuit is the greatest thing ever. He's been sleeping for 4 hours now. I wouldn't let my husband take him out of it cause I wanted to shower and make out.
We are gearing up for a rough night. LO has been fussy and wanting to eat non-stop this afternoon and again this evening.....it's gonna be a looooong night.

Thanks @saiven and @nedralynn. It helps to know that you have both BTDT. He is now measuring in at 8.6lbs and in the 96th percentile at 37.6wks. The ultrasound tech said she's usually off by about half a pound at this stage, so he's probably closer to 8lbs. He's definitely gonna be a big one but I'm gonna push for no induction unless some other medical reason requires it.

Massive headache today, I can't even think. S has his weight check tomorrow plus I absolutely HAVE to take his newborn pictures tomorrow. It's good I can take all day if I need to. He's still really sleepy though, so that is good, even though he'll be 2 weeks on Saturday.
My mom comes for 2 weeks on Sunday. I wish she'd come and just not leave! I miss her and our kids would love to have their grandma close.
Lots of random shit tonight I guess. Now I need to go to bed and pray my headache goes away.
I have 4 little bears, just like my name says. 2 girls 2 boys ages 8,5,3, and my newest babe. 2 of my little bears have life threatening food allergies, feel free to ask me more about that!
I got checked by my CNM and I'm 1.5cm and 50% effaced so not quite there yet but I have another appointment on Monday so maybe I'll have more progress then, hopefully :-)
BF has been going pretty well in theory. A is 4 days old and latches pretty well and nurses for long enough and is mostly contented. BUT her diaper count isn't very high. Going to pedi tomorrow. I don't want to end up supplementing and pumping at every feed like I did with the boys. It takes forever and is so demoralizing. I guess we will see how much she weighs and go from there.
