Mine is that baby food pouches really skeeve me out. I hate that you can't see inside to make sure it's all ok in there. A student brought an applesauce pouch to the cafeteria and said it tasted bad, I poured a little out and it was green!

I make all of my own pouches, IN CLEAR BAGS!
I absolutely REFUSE to use any pouched food. If I cant see it, we aren't eating it.
My UO (at least among co-workers) is that I think chocolate and orange juice taste great together.
I've never tried it, but I can see that, so long as it tastes like those chocolate oranges that you smash open. I think that the type of juice would matter - fresh OJ would totally work. Pasteurized thick gross OK would not.
MY UO is that I don't understand how anyone can drink non-fresh OJ. I think I got really spoiled growing up in Florida with orange trees in my yard, but the thickness of non-fresh OJ freaks me out.

I second seyah and the Orange smash chocolates. Those were delicious! Can't say I've ever tried orange juice and chocolate. Are you talking syrup in your juice or just eating chocolate while drinking juice?
A Hershey mini dark chocolate bar and a swig of OJ is just heaven on Earth. I also (embarrassingly) love the little debbie cosmic brownies with a glass of OJ
OMG to the thought of chocolate syrup in OJ. DNW!!!
Applesauce pouches for life over here. I fucking love those things (for my kid -- I can't do applesauce pouches for me because I'm not three). Perfect on-the-go snack.

Word to my pouch users. Wubby digs applesauce pouches. I just ordered some reusable pouches off of Zulily, though, because I'm majoring in sustainable management and the premade ones aren't even easily recyclable. I'm trying to reduce our dependence on disposable products in general, but it's been tough.

Yeah, I was a lot better at first, but lately I've been going for convenience over sustainability. But then again, I'm on partial bed rest so I feel like I somewhat have an excuse. Part of me is relieved though - I'm not missing the multiple loads of laundry from cloth diapering and making so much of my LO's food (although I'm committed to going back to cloth once my new baby is born... at least for a while).

I quit cloth after one year because my husband and our moms (who do all of our babysitting) wouldn't use them. I was doing cloth diaper laundry every few days and still buying tons of disposables. I'm sad about it, but sometimes you gotta let things go.
I'm sorry about your partial bed rest, though. Hope everything's going well otherwise.

Thanks, I'm pretty stable now, so I'm actually pretty happy.. and maybe have the other UO that I'm enjoying bed rest. My work has been pretty cool about it and is letting me work from home, so I'm saving a long commute during rush hour AND as a bonus my husband is changing most the dirty diapers these days.
I know I should let the cloth go, but I'm determined to make sure I get good use of my diapers to justify how much I spent on it. If I can use the NB stash during maternity leave and at least keep doing some cloth at daycare for a few months then I'll feel like I got my money's worth and can move on guilt free.
