My u/s is tomorrow. Yesterday all my symptoms disappeared. Now I'm freaking out, and worried about it not going well. These next 24 hours are going to be torture. I hate this part of pregnancy.
It is really stressful when symptoms disappear. From everything I have heard and read, it is not uncommon for symptoms to come and go. Try not to overanalyze (I know, easier said than done).

I'm in the same boat. My u/s is today and I'm over analyzing everything. Like London said symptoms do come and go so I'm sure in the next few days they will be back with a vengeance.
I think to some extent it is totally normal to be worried. Just don't let it take over. Easier said than done for sure. Symptoms totally come and go and I swear it is to meas with our heads. All the things crossed for a great appt tomorrow!
Ok now I'm spiraling, lol. It's 2 pm, and I was wondering why I haven't gotten my confirmation phone call yet. So I looked at my appt card, and the lady wrote down the date 1/14, which is when I had my first appt, and she was on the phone when she was booking the appt, so now I'm worried that she didn't actually book it because she was frazzled! I don't want to call and find out I'm not on the schedule. I think I'm just going to show up, and if they DON'T have me booked, demand to be seen anyways. I took time off work, which means my boss had to (nanny) plus my husband, and none of us can take more time. Gah.
And now ya'll can see how much of a freak I really am.
Me (37) + DH (39) BFP #1: DS born July 2011 BFPs #2,3,4,5: Four losses from Nov 2013-Nov 2014. Yeah, that sucked. BFP #6: 1/5/15 - Rainbow baby boy born 9/16/15

I can definitely relate. Mine is tomorrow too! FX for good results for both of us!
