Welcome! I have GAD and go through panic attacks as well. Feel free to reach out! I'm not on medication anymore, but I've found therapy has worked for me, especially breathing exercises to help calm me down when I feel an attack coming on.

Hi friend. I have also experienced undiagnosed anxiety on and off. I especially have anxiety when CM appears CD9-CD16 (on average). I feel like I should be HIO the moment I feel it and it just really brings on anxiety.
