I know we have done this before but we are struggling with nighttime sleep and I am considering some adjustments. L wakes up several times a night, and Is up for the day at 6-6:30 then naps usually 1-3, sometimes 1-4 and goes down at 7:30. We have moved bedtime to 8 to see if it helps, but so far nothing. I'm considering whether I should move bedtime back to 7:30 and wake her from her nap. What do your schedules look like?
DD used to go to bed at 7:30, but a couple weeks ago she started talking to herself in her crib for up to an hour before she'd fall asleep. We moved bedtime back to around 8:00 and she does go to sleep sooner now for the most part, although she still plays in her crib for a bit sometimes before falling asleep (which is fine, she's pleasant so I don't really care).
Wake up is anywhere between 7:30-8:30. Lately it has been towards the earlier end. Not really liking that she's going to bed later and waking up earlier!
Naptime is officially 1-3, but I let her sleep for however long she wants, which occasionally is past 3:00 but not often. She's more likely to wake up around 2:30 than sleep later.
Similar to the above. Wakes around 7am, naps from 1:30-3:00, goes to bed around 7 but plays in there until 7:30 or sometimes even 8:00.
Poppy - when she wakes in the middle of the night, how long does she cry? do you go to her? how long does it take to get her back to sleep? does she seem REALLY upset, or just like she's up and doesn't know what to do?
We've somehow ended up getting on kind of a late schedule. Bedtime is at 8:30ish, he usually wakes up between 8a and 9a then nap time is at 2ish (usually 2-3 hours). We don't have sleep problems so I'm of no help there. We sleep trained a long time ago and haven't had major issues since.

Up anywhere between 5am (FML) and 6:30am, nap 1pm-3pm, usually asleep at 8:30pm. I just have to resign myself to this kid not needing a lot of sleep. He is not his mama in that regard.
Usually wakes up sometime between 7 and 8. Naptime is 1-1:30 until 3-4. Normally bedtime is between 8 and 9 but the past few days she's been fighting it until about 10. She's had a bit of a verbal leap (figured out how to use pronouns properly) and seems to be teething again, so I'm hoping is just a temporary combination of discomfort and not being able to shut her mind down at night. But at least she's sleeping a solid 9-11 hours at night and has been getting herself back to sleep on her own if she does wake up!

She's not really upset, just kind of lying down on her belly fussing/ moaning crying for a little while. Sometimes I have to go in and just hand her her stuffed animal and let her know i am there. If I don't go in the fussing can be on and off for an hour or two. I don't feel any bumps near the molars so I don't know why it started all of a sudden.

We're going through a massive separation anxiety bedtime battle right now.
DS gets up at 7. Sitter says they nap around 1 until 2 or 3. Bedtime is 8.
It's gotten better since I've let him CIO the last two nights.
Poppy - So sorry! Is it possible the baby is waking her? Does she have white noise on?
Thanks! He might be waking her, maybe I should turn her white noise up, she usually cries about an hour after I have gotten him back down from a MOTN feeding so I wonder if all the commotion knocks her out of her deep sleep
Ours is a mess as some days due to waking up so early they take two naps still so I am sure I am of no help. During the week up at 5 as we leave the house at 5:45/6ish, nap at daycare is 12-2:30/3 and bed at 6:30/7.
Weekends its a little less structured. Up between 5/5:30 which sucks cat nap from 10-11/11:30 (sometimes this is just downtime in their cribs but they are happy with that) then real nap around 2/2:30 to 4 (they usually sleep here) and then down between 7/8. As they wake up so early by about 9:30 they are losing their shit, fighting, and exhausted. We still can't plan things to do during the day as we have no clue which children we will get for the day... grumpy early risers or kids that sleep in and nap at a weird time.
Sometimes they will sleep until 7 in which I feel like a new woman and when they do that we do a normal nap from about 12-3 and bed around 7. Most the time though to get them to sleep until 7, when they wake up at 5 we take in a cup of milk, turn on their night light and let them drink and play. Most the time they will pass back out around 6 and sleep until 7/8ish. Im a horrible mom for doing this but hey sometimes I just need to sleep.
Lately they have been waking in the middle of the night kinda fussy and I am not really sure they are actually awake. I just go in and give them their paci, adjust blankets and pat their back and leave. I only go in if I feel they are risk of waking the other one. I think we are in the throws of the 2 year sleep regression.

E sleeps 830-630/7. Naps from 1-3 if I'm lucky. We took away our last nursing session which was nap time about a month ago. Since then naps have been a crap shoot.

Question: I can't see tickers, how old is your baby? We found with DS (and with his fan on) that the first 6 weeks with DD were a really hard adjustment for him. He had so much going on and his sleep was just ridiculous for almost 2 weeks. He settled back in eventually, but it was a bit rough and it was a few hours each night of him fussing and crying.
We do 7:30 bedtime and he's up around 9 am in winter. He naps from 1-3, or 4, but we never let him sleep past 4. And bedtime is a pretty strict routine. Teeth, face and hands washed, diaper, pjs, bottle, sleep sack and story (sadly, yes, we still do bottles. He won't drink any milk from a sippy).

He is 12 weeks and she has been hit or miss since he was born except when we visited my parents- They kept the monitor so we could sleep and of course she slept fine for them!
Buuuuut on the flip side, my kids like to go to bed early so DH and I have our evenings to ourselves/each other. That is really nice.
I love that we too, have this now. For a VERY long time, dd would not go to bed before 9:30-10, and wake up before 6. Now, both kids are asleep by 7-7:30.

My kid just hates sleep and he's sick right now so no one gets to sleep. Bronchitis is a bitch!
He is usually in bed by 8 and up by 7. Nap is around 12:30-2:30ish. He wakes once or twice during the night, usually puts himself back to sleep but sometimes needs a cuddle. I just want a peaceful night of sleep
My DS is a night owl. I given up on the early bedtime. If she goes to bed too early she get up at like 3ish for the day, like I walk in and she is singing and dancing. So we are just going with it. My only sliver lining it does give us more time wither her after work and we can still do something after dinner.

She's up around 7-7:30am. Just got her napping on a schedule. If she hasn't napped by 2 pm i settle her in my bed with a movie(after using the potty). She's usually asleep by 2:20 pm and sleeps an hour and forty minutes to three and a half hours. Our bedtime routine starts at 9 pm and she's usually asleep before 10 pm.

Up between 7:30-8, breakfast right away. Lunch around 12:30, nap between 1 & 1:30. Some days he naps for an hour. Some days he naps for 3 hours. I never let him sleep past 4:45. Dinner around 6:30, start bedtime routine around 7, asleep between 7:30 & 7:45. If he's had a short nap or is cranky, we'll bump bedtime up a bit so he's asleep closer to 7.
He used to be really all over the place, and then he kind of just settled in to this routine.
