DD will be going to day care when I go back to work. I'm trying to sort out logistics in feeding her, pumping, getting us both changed, +/- breakfast for me before we get out of the house.
Is it really necessary to change her? If she's still sleeping?

I change my LO before I feed him. I usually change him, feed him, pump then get ready for work. I prepare his bottles the night before so I can just put them in the cooler bag. I usually get up about 1.5 hours before I need to leave

I change and feed LO before taking her to daycare. She is actually pretty easy in the mornings because I get all of my stuff done and then I wake her up to get her ready.
My MIL is babysitting for us, so we aren't using a daycare, but he has been pretty easy for me in the morning because he has been getting up to eat around 4-5 AM, then going back to sleep. I get up at 6-6:30 to get myself ready for work, then I get him up and in his car seat. Half the time, he doesn't even wake up, so I just take him to her in his jammies. If he wakes up though, I get him dressed before putting him in his carseat.
