This site says that you can get a $0.75 coupon from huggies website, I had no luck and it only let me print a $0.50 coupon, still a good deal.
As for the registry, you can print anybody's target registry. Each month (I think it's monthly) target adds 2 target coupons to the registries. At Target you can use 1-Target Coupon and 1-Manufacturer coupon on each item.
Target's huggies wipes are $1.99 here -$1 registry target coupon and -$.50 huggies coupon = $0.49 each!
If you aren't a member on huggies.com or have trouble and can't get the .50 coupon, you can still use the $1 target coupon making them $0.99each.

This shows as a Target deal, and it really is free at Target. HOWEVER, my local Target is so over-couponed that they are always out of the "free" items and they don't restock until the sale is over. If you have a Kroger/Dillons or affiliated store, they have their Beneful 3.5lb bags of dog food on sale for $5.19, the coupon is for $5 off, making them $0.19 per bag, still a pretty amazing deal!
