Sometimes I feel like a broken record on Thursdays, but I am thankful for my wonderful SO. This morning, they got LO ready so I could sleep in a bit and then made us all breakfast sandwiches. Also, I asked for my birthday present to be for them to spring clean our apartment (I am obviously helping too ), and it looks so good in here! It feels so refreshed and homey.

I am thankful for my amazing group of girlfriends/neighbors. Yesterday I was feeling down and within minutes of reaching out I was laughing with a margarita in my hand while the kids were playing in the backyard. I feel like I have to be "on" all of the time and it's nice to have people who know what's really going on inside of you.
frenchteachermama that sounds like such a perfect group Today I am thankful for the huge snuggles DS has been giving me every morning. I've been working evenings so SO gets up with him, but he insists on climbing into bed and giving such big hugs and kisses and saying "aw mama, aw mama". Love him. Also, I'm thankful for ice cream. We went to the Scooper Bowl yesterday, (all you can eat ice cream for $10 and it's a fundraiser for Jimmy Fund and Dana Farber Cancer Center) and we had a blast. Ben and Jerry's for the win
I am actually thankful for my work retreat today. It allowed me to unplug for a bit, think about big picture work stuff instead of the day to day grind, and have some fun with my coworkers. I'm also thankful that I beat my boss' boss at mini golf. Boom!
I'm a broken record because I feel like I say this every week, but I'm also so thankful for all of you. I had my first really tough day in a while yesterday and reading your messages made me feel so much better, so thank you. You all rock.
fabk and leahks77, I don't think I've ever had a scone. *Adding scones to my to do list*
leahks77, for the last week they have had asparagus cheddar scones. omg amazing. But yesterday they had like 7 options. It was so hard to chose! I ended up with maple bacon. Mom nom nom.
fabk whaaaaaat to the asparagus cheddar??? Yum!!! And maple bacon... Drool. Side note, I'm currently sitting in my car outside of work eating a raisin scone
