I don't work, but when I did and was planning to go back, I was excited to get pump breaks. I'd get to hang out alone and fuck around on my phone. Sounds like fun! But my job was customer service so it's not like I cared about missing work time
I'm terrible about pumping! I force myself to do it at least once a day so that DD has food when I'm working but I'm so over it. When I'm away from her I definitely don't pump enough. I do it like once every 5 hours. I kind of like BFing but I can't wait to be done with it so I can have a little more freedom.
Anyone who likes pumping is a weirdo. I do like the breaks.
UO: I prefer the newborn stage to the mobile-baby-get-into-everything stage.
I'm so torn on this. I love the sleep you can hope to get from an older baby but dislike the stage where they are into everything but too young to understand the word no.
I'm starting to enjoy the almost 2.5 yr old stage. He is beginning to become more reasonable...for now.
UO: If it takes you more than 5 minutes to shower, you're doing it wrong.
UO: Overtrimming of pubic hair or shaving it all is unnecessary and the fact that men like bare women is weird.
What if you're shaving your legs AND washing your hair?? I can't do all that in 5 minutes!!
Agree on the bare pubes....leave something there. Not much though. No one needs a giant bush.
This! I mean I can totally pull off the 5 minute shower if I'm in a hurry but I'd much rather take 10-15 minutes. I feel like a shower should be relaxing and 5 minutes is not relaxing at all.
