Its a little lame because I still can't remember my good one from the weekend... I have no idea what eleventy means. Like as in !!!11!!!! Or any of its other uses. I have never heard of such a thing and it makes me feel so old.
My FFFC is that instead of grading papers (it's the end of the quarter and grades are due in a week) I am doing this. I hopefully will be able to motivate myself to do something next period which is my planning period.

I confess that I'm really bad about taking care of my plants around the house. DH has a green thumb and can grow anything and I want to be able to grow a pretty garden like he can but I suck at maintaining it. I usually forget about it until it's too late to revive the plants. I have two vases of flowers in my kitchen right now that look pretty sad.

And eleventy is a play on all the ones together - reference to LOTR, I think. Bilbo's eleventieth birthday. Or at least that's what I thought, if not I feel like a nerd.

I always thought eleventy was in reference to this Celebrity Jeopardy episode...
My FFFC: I occasionally use a backpack leash with my 18 month old. I still get embarrassed because I imagine people judge, but he has been a runner since he was 11 months old. It helps me to be less stressed out in crowded situations like on Halloween, or city festivals.
Yes, I could pop him in the stroller but he loves to explore and he is happier walking on his own. We work on staying by Mommy and holding hands at the park but he just isn't quite there yet all the time.

I think you are thinking of "elevensies", which was Hobbit snack time. I don't like LOTR (FFFC?) but love the term elevensies and have implemented it in my own life haha.
My confession is that the only thing that brings me nausea relief right now is burping. So embarrased, I think burping is absolutely disgusting. I am trying to keep it as civilized as possible, but oh the shame. It almost outweighs the relief I feel (almost).

I think I will definitely do this when I am a mom. Why even bother being on edge wondering if they will run away soon?? When I see parents with those leashes, I don't judge, I just think they must have an adventurous child. I guess that it making a judgment though? I don't know.
My FFFC: I feel like a rebel when I lay on my stomach, even though I know you can do that until you are in 2nd tri, but still.
I like my in-laws, and pity all of the people who have issues with theirs. I just can't understand you, so no offence, but I'm not going to go "poor you your inlaws suck". Too many people pull the in-law thing as an excuse to be bitchy or complain about things they don't like - but woe to someone who points out that if they did that, someone would complain about them, too.

My in-laws are awesome also, so I hear ya.
This made me think about TV shows where men/women sit around complaining about how horrible being married/having a SO is. I hear this in RL sometimes too. Annoys the shit out of me. If you can't stand your SO, leave them and be happy.
My FFFC is that I'm absolutely horrible at remembering to take my prenatals. I know. It's awful.
I've been feeling a little queasy for the last week, so I'm having to split them in half and take one in the AM and PM.
Do you use a smartphone? Set an alarm just for the prenatals!
The reason I can't keep up with it is because I want to take them after my meals, to avoid getting sick, but my meal schedule is so unpredictable I can't remember to take the freaking pills after I eat. I told my husband to remind me but that's just as good as telling my walls. I will set an alarm before bed to remind me to take the pills though, that's a great idea!

I like my in laws too. But I do feel bad for some people who truly have shitty in laws. There are some really rotten people out there and it would suck to marry into that. I have a few friends that try their very best to be nice, but their in laws are awful and I feel so sad for them.
My confession is that when I lurk on the TWW in getting knocked up, I side eye so many comments (testing super early, pregnancy symptoms at 10dpo etc). Which is super hypocritical cause that was me a couple months ago!
The worst is the ones who test early 'to see if I can drink this weekend'. Girl, if I were you, I would NOT test, just incase, so I could drink this weekend.

@redandblack14 I leave mine next to my toothbrush so I remember to take it at night. Would that help?
I will try that out as well. What kind of prenatals do you use? I use the Target gummies. While good, the texture is very off putting if I'm feeling nauseas already.

Ah. I use a hard pill. During my last pregnancy, I found if I took them right before bed it made me feel less sick because I slept through it.

Umm .. Yeah ... Sure?
Note to future Mandy: Do not answer questions about slang and pop culture, you don't know the answers!

I think it's time for me to switch to the hard pills. I'll be more consistent at taking them. Thank you!

My confession is that I side-eye this comment. If the embryo has already implanted no need to pickle the poor thing.
I keep calling my jelly bean a girl. She this, she that. "Her heartbeat"... I haven't referred to this baby as a "he" yet. I'm trying not to get attached to this idea of having one sex over the other, because a healthy baby is all I want, but my mind is being mean to me.
