I typically never post in the symptoms thread because reading about other people being sick makes me focus on how sick I am.
However, today I woke up and my back is freaking killing me, but I smiled and realized that it is just because my little jelly bean is growing. I guess after seeing my ultrasound yesterday I have a new perspective on symptoms. #deardiary
The necessity to eat the second I wake up is starting to become very real. Otherwise I end up feeling like I'm going to puke my entire commute. And here I was talking about how my MS was very mild this time around....I sure put my foot in my mouth, didn't I?
@redandblack14, sleep with a pillow between your knees. Cheap but effective trick for back pain.
Me (37) + DH (39) BFP #1: DS born July 2011 BFPs #2,3,4,5: Four losses from Nov 2013-Nov 2014. Yeah, that sucked. BFP #6: 1/5/15 - Rainbow baby boy born 9/16/15

Oh wow. I will definitely try that out. I'm scared that this will be a long pregnancy if I'm already experiencing back pain. I'm only 8 weeks for Christ Sake!
& I to have to eat as soon as I wake up. Sometimes it's difficult because I've never been a breakfast eater. What do you usually have?

My boobs are crazy sore this morning. The moment I woke up it was like omg ouch I don't want to move. Should be getting a call back today about my 3rd beta draw so I'm anxiously awaiting that.

Pregnancy is very long, but the second you have that baby in your arms, you want to do it all over again a millions times.
Oh me either. I usually have a coffee and don't eat until lunch. If I can't handle actual food, I drink a glass of orange juice. It's good for raising blood sugar in a hurry. After that it's cheerios or a bagel w/ cream cheese.

Other than a little tiredness, I still feel fine and it's really starting to stress me out.
Oh, and, apparently, my skin has decided to break out for the first time in forever. I actually had someone compliment me on my skin for the first time EVAR and the breakouts came on THE.NEXT.DAY. Irony is a cruel bitch.
The struggle with nausea is real. I haven't actually thrown up which I guess is a good thing only part of me wonders if it would make me feel any better. I have aversions to just about everything right now but when I am starting to get hungry I focus on one thing and one thing only. Last night, I was all about fajitas and they were amazing. As of this morning, the lingering smell in our house overwhelmed me and not in a good way.

I could imagine. I've been feeling all sweets since my u/s yesterday. Just hearing the heartbeat makes me want to do this a thousand times over.
Bloated last night and this morning, and my chin is starting to break out. On a good note, today's the first day since my first BFP that I haven't taken a pregnancy test. Back away from the crazy train Estakis. Hehe. I hope everybody who is struggling with nausea and vomiting gets to feeling better, that sounds awful.
I woke up feeling pretty good. I fell asleep last night on the couch at about 9:30 last night and DH woke me to go to bed at 10:30. I was able to fall back asleep but work up for about a half hour at 4:30 am when I got up to pee. My mind was just racing with finance stuff for the baby.
Right now I'm dizzy (almost like a vertigo feeling when I am stuffed up). This of course is bringing on my anxiety and now I don't feel so hot. Hoping a walk around our building at lunch will help this. Normally I'd pop a Sudafed, but of course can't do that now.
This seems to be a good place for my question... Just curious really. My first pregnancy I had the crazy sore boobs from early on. Nothing this go around. Any STMs know if that is related to the fact I just quit breastfeeding within the month? Since the soreness is from your body getting ready for that, it seems logical to me.

It's related to....every pregnancy being different! This one is very different from my first. One example, I had no sore boobs last time and this time they hurt BAD for 2 weeks straight.
I JUST WANT TO EAT ALLLLLLL THE STRAWBERRIES!!!!!!
Peeing all the time. And still not popping.
And my boobs and nipples. They're huge and hurt.
Also, I had to cough and clear my throat this morning and it actually hurt in my pelvic area. That was sort of weird.
The not pooping thing is annoying as hell. TMI ahead: I used to be very regular and now since I cut coffee I only produce pellets at random times during the day. Here's a story for ya. DH was in a rush to get out of the house the other day and forgot to flush the toilet. Lucky for me, I found it and instead of being grossed out (like a normal person) I was pissed at the size, because goddamnit, I want that, UGH!!!
I second the weird pelvic pains. I though those would disappear after a previous pregnancy but they're back.
Today I am so tired I want to cry. (actually, I have cried a few tears secretly at my desk.)
Also this morning right before I woke up, I had my first pregnancy orgasm dream (that I'm pretty sure manifested in real life). I'm doing pelvic rest because of a bleed in the uterus, so orgasms have been a no-no and I woke up worried. But I think all is fine.
****loss and living child discussed***** We're queer. I'm 34, have severe stage 4 endo, and both fallopian tubes are gone. My love ("Manada" 33) was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. We did Partner IVF (my eggs, her uterus). We lost our twins Tav.in and Ca.sey at 21 weeks gestation.

I nursed trough my second pregnancy and I got the sore boobs and ginormous nipples, ds was only 9m at the time. This time I am nursing still, ds2 is 20m and my boobs are a smudge bigger. No breast pain, unless you count painful nips, no freakish nipples. UNLESS my nipples just never went back down to normal. That's probably it.

Crossing my fingers for you. Waiting on beta results is the WORST.

I had the same experience this morning when I went to pee. I was grossed out, but also so jealous as well. I am over not being able to go. I'm really hoping the Colace kicks in today and I can go again. I hate not being regular.
Tired and nauseous. And apparently when I get hungry I have the patience of a 2 year old now. I asked MH to get me some cereal and being the awesome H he is said ," Of course". But then he pet the cat one more time and I said, "What are you waiting for man I'm starving here!"

I can smell all the smells. My DH thinks I'm crazy b/c I can smell things so strongly. I also dry heave a lot in the morning and in the evening. Today it didn't help that I had dog puke to clean up. Boobs feel occasionally sore. I've also been getting headaches, but my OB suggested to drink even more water than I have been.
Thanks for this! I will be making this this weekend. Gingerale helps me so much. I am just consistently nauseous. The only time I'm not nauseous is for the 15-20 minute period after I eat. I am also so tired and lazy. I really need to workout and I know that will help me feel better but I have no motivation to do it!
