Who did the fake book covers for their announcement?

I remember on the announcement thread at "the other place," someone had their dog reading from some fake preggo books and it was sooo cute. I showed it to my DH when I saw it and he said that he wanted to do that. However, I am the OPPOSITE of creative and can't figure out how to make the fake covers... someone please halp me.
