I got really interested in making latex clothing so I started a fashion design program at my local community college. I took a few classes and then sort of just stopped.

On the train ride into the office on Thursday I could not get this idea for a Murphy bed out of my head. I literally had to sit down and design it before I could do anything else.
My rainbow arrived 10/15/14.

I wish that people were more interested in space travel
My H would do just about anything to get to go into space. He's obsessed. I find the thought terrifying. If he had the opportunity I would really want him to do it. But then I'd probably have to be sedated because of the anxiety.

I wanted to be an astronaut as a child. I was obsessed with space. I'm still completely in awe of it.
I decided to pursue a different career after watching Apollo 13. Because I saw the tight spaces they had to pass through and I became a sympathetic claustrophobic.
I think that Prius drivers are total assholes. What is with that? Is that just me? If you are a Prius driver, sorry to tell ya...
I feel this way about Kia Souls. Especially green ones. I have no reason for feeling this way but they are my unofficial road nemesis.
Whenever I see a Kia Soul I imagine a bunch of hamsters rocking out inside, and I'm instantly disappointed when I realize that there are actually people in the car.

I feel the same way. Space really scares me. I don't think I'd let my H go. I couldn't handle it.

I panicked on Mission Space at Disney World because it made me feel extremely claustrophobic. Then at the same time the idea of floating around in space for really makes me feel incredibly agoraphobic. I find space fascinating but it really, really terrifies me!

Black holes terrify me. Not because of the unknown, but because of the idea that as you approach it, time slows down to the point that you perceive your last moments infinitely. If your conscious mind is aware is what terrifies me. Though, the intense gravity and speed as you approach the speed of light would likely kill you before that was a concern, but who knows... It's all relative.

My mom and SIL each drive a Prius. Definitely not assholes. But, the way you have to drive them to save gas is to accelerate super slowly -- so it's easy to get annoyed if you are behind them (or in the car with them! Haha). I actually love driving them though.
