I just realized I get irrationally irritated when there is a row of empty stalls in the ladies room and someone chooses to go in the one right next to me. I like the every-other-stall rule when available.

Thus, I have started a random thread for today.
Drives me crazy too!! There are 5 stalls in our bathroom at work. I can be the only person in there and someone will take the stall right next to me. WTH??
Equally annoying, 1 of the 5 stalls is handicap accessible. Wit bothers me when all 5 stalls are open and someone walks in a uses the handicap stall.

Of course. Just like men have bathroom etiquette, so do we! I, too, get really uncomfortable when someone goes right next to me if there's a bunch of other stalls. I also hate when people wet their hands first and then get soap because when I go to get soap there's cold gross dirty hand water dripping off the dispenser.

My random for today...I decided to take another test (because I could) mid-day after only holding it for 1 1/2 hours. The test line showed up before the control line and was super dark even though I'd been drinking water all morning.
I don't think I get a real appointment until 10ish weeks so there's a good chance I'll be wasting money peeing on things until then. FFWC?

Not only am I still peeing on things but now I'm peeing on expensive things. Once I burned through my wondfos I got some of the CB Advanced with the weeks estimator. It's for science, I tell myself, an experiment. The CB info says that they're 45-99% accurate so I figure someone better help them test it. And who better than a pee stick aficionado like myself?

Not irrational in my book. Urinating and other bathroom activities fall into the private category. I don't need my feet to accidentally brush my coworker's feet when I have my pants around my ankles thankyouverymuch.

I also hate when people do this in a completely empty theater. Don't get in my bubble!!

Hmm....might have to give that one a try just for the hell of it!

I discovered that I can order my own beta's from a local lab. IF brain makes me want to test at least weekly... my poor arm veins disagree. I'm struggling making it until our appointment at 7 weeks, I am sorry that you have to wait until 10 weeks
I'm hoping I read their website wrong, but I doubt it. I go in Friday for a confirmation appointment where all they're going to have me do is pee on something. Then 8-10 weeks is an OB history and the first OB physical is listed as 10-12. I assume nothing happens until the physical. FX I'm wrong, but in the meantime waiting sucks.
Good luck trying not to poke a ton of holes in your arms waiting for 7 weeks!

I literally had the worse drive home from work. My evening nausea started as I was walking to my car and got progressively worse on my way home. I was so sure I was going to puke all over myself in traffic.

DUUUUUDE! I would so be all over that! If I was allowed to get my betas checked EOD during the first tri I would. PgAL really messes with your head.

I can empathize. Mine kicked in at lunch time while I was surrounded by food on a cook's line that was roughly 1 billion degrees.

This. day. has. sucked.
FDD has finally settled in, which means lots and lots of grieving in the form of numerous tantrums and tons of challenging behaviors. She's tucked into bed and sound asleep now, but, whew, it was a long road to this point today.
We're telling my parents tomorrow. Last time, with Bird, they were pissed. (Despite the fact that I was hardly some knocked up prom queen. I was in my mid-20s with a college education, a well-paying job, and my own life. But whatever. Out of wedlock. They're Catholic Republicans. I get it.) Obviously, they got over it, and they love him, but I'm still nervous.
I know I'm being ridiculous. We've been married almost two years, and trying since before that. But I'm just afraid they won't be jumping for joy. I just want to experience that from someone for once (besides MH, obvs).
Hugs @ironmon I hope it goes well and that they are just excited!
Thanks. My sister thinks they'll be excited. My mom's birthday is this week. So I got her a Pandora charm with my son's birthstone and the March birthstone. She'll probably just be confused, but I thought it was cute. And LOL at Ironmon. I knew I was secretly Jamaican. Maybe Butch Stewart is my real dad and I can get some free vacations...
Edited because, WTF Wall-E the MacBook? Format ever?
Good luck ironmom. I worry about my mom's reaction as well because she really wants MH to finish school, too. But right now MH doesn't even feel joy so I want to get him okay with the idea before I tell anyone else.

I'm going to catch up on all this tomorrow, cuz tired. But I would just like to say I think I have the plague. Lol. Ok, being dramatic. Still though, holy head/chest cold. You know what I forgot about being KU? You can't take anything to that actually stinkin works!!

This annoys me as well.
I am this person. Especially at work.
But I am a bigger person and some of those stalls are so damn narrow and then the door swings inward so I am supposed to straddle the toilet and press myself up against the wall just to get out?!? No thank you!
FWIW, there is no one I work with who is in need of the handicap stall. The only other time I immediately go for it is when DD is with me.

Our scheduling goes like this too. I'm going in next week for the pee test and same with the timing for other appointments, though they do take 6 vials of blood at the physical, one of which is a beta
