I never drank enough water. I used to always carry a water bottle around but it was more of a security thing I think. Then I came here and learned how important it was in TTC. I now carry around a 32oz bottle with me and I actually drink it...sometimes two of them. I've come a long way

I had to make myself drink water because I used to drink nothing but Dr. Pepper and tea. Now I crave it, eat less, and have more energy. One of the best life changes I've made. Small but big.
I drink 2-3 liters of water a day, minimum. Also 2-4 cups of coffee, and sometimes additional beverages like juices, milk, or tea. And booze, obviously. Usually wine.
I probably have about 40 oz a day. My goal is 64oz. But I used to barely drink any water at all. Mostly soda and coffee. I gave up soda completely, but I still have the occasional coffee.
Edit: YESSS! This is my 100th post! No longer a noob!!!
I have coffee in the morning and then water the rest of the day. I drink a lit work because I keep a straw cup at my desk. I don't drink much when I get home and really should drink more.
A gazillion glasses of iced tea. DH says I'm obsessed, and refers to me as Uncle Si since I'm always carrying around a cup of tea (only I think Uncle Si drinks sweet tea, but I don't actually watch Duck Dynasty, and I drink plain ole iced tea).

I drink tons of water. I love it. At least a glass every morning, 2-3 refills of my 20oz water bottle at work then 3-4 glasses after work. I usually have a cup of tea in the morning too. Drinking anything else make me thirsty for water.
I love water and I fill up my 24 oz plastic jug about 3 times per day, but it has to be room temperature water. If it is too cold I have to add some warm water to the mix. I start at home, take it to work and then bring it back home.

You need to drink half your body weight in oz. everyday. Anything not carbonated or alcoholic counts as water. So your coffee, oj and tea counts!
Drink through a straw and get a big 32 oz tumbler. You have to get used to it. 5 years ago if I was told I'd be craving water over anything flavored, I'd call them crazy. But I love water and can go days without anything but water and my morning cup of coffee.

What about carbonated water? I drink a Polar with lunch every day.

I dont drink nearly enough of anything. Usually I drink 2 cans of coke maybe three a day (may substitute for a glass of sweet tea). On days I work I'll add 16oz of water, but that's it.

I'm usually really good about drinking water in the spring and summer, usually around 64oz, but during winter I struggle. I have a jug that is 32oz and I just fill that in the morning and drink it throughout the day

I am really bad about my water intake. Sometimes I can even go days with our drinking any water. I much prefer my diet Pepsi or maybe sometimes Apple juice. I know it's really unhealthy, but I can't help it. I have tried to drink more and maybe will do good for a day or two and then I just revert right back to the pop.

Be careful of kidney stones with all that dark soda and little water. MH is the same way.
I'm a horrible water drinker. I drink way too much coffee and if I'm thirsty I drink juice.
Try watering down your juice. I do that with my tea. In the AM I'll start with my 24 oz cup filled with hot tea and a tea bag and I'll continue to use that tea bag all day long for flavor.

I drink 32oz of water during my work day as well as 20oz of herbal decaf tea. I also switched to decaf coffee before my loss and have pretty much stayed with that, though I don't think that can count as hydration as I believe it works like a diuretic.

I do 2 cups of coffee in the morning, and about 9 8oz servings of water at work. I have a 750ml camelbak at work, so If I drink three of those, I consider myself good to go. I come home, usually a glass of milk with dinner and then some selzer just for the fizz. On non work days, I hardly drink anything. I also need to work on that.
I've been trying to increase my water intake, and carrying a water bottle helps so much. I bought one I like a lot. It is glass, dishwasher-able and has a handy straw. It's 16 oz, and I probably fill it up 4-5 times a day.
