Our target is between 8:30 and 9. I don't usually get home from work until 630/7 so I want to have some time with her before she goes down. She generally sleeps till about 6.
Ideally between 6:30 and 7 with DS. Realistically it's usually earlier. She is still up multiple times a night to nurse but doesn't get up for the day until 7am or later.
Start the process around 645-7 after bath bottle and rocking in bed sleeping by 745-8
This, although we've been getting quicker. I hate that it's smack in the middle of dinner time, but that's what works best for LO and nobody wants that kid to miss out of sleep, trust. We either eat super early or super late.

Bedtime? You mean your kids sleep?! Every day is a crap shoot over here! We have zero schedule despite my efforts. If I get a couple half hour naps it's a good day
He has been going to bed between 8-8:30. However, twice this week he has been up until 10 because we were out in the evening and he took a long nap in the car. When he stayed up until 10 I did not hear from him until 5:30. Amazing. Maybe I need a dream feed at that time?
I dont think I ever got my post finished for this thread. Lo goes down by 6:45 usually. Lately he has been tired earlier. Hes been waking up a lot more at night lately too, so I should prob try a little earlier and see if it helps.
