My contact prescription seemed off while I was pregnant. I just went to the eye doctor last week, and she said my prescription was unchanged. She implied, though, that sometimes the changes stick. I hope that's not the case for you!

My vision is suck anyway, so I didnt really notice any changes. My prescription continues to get worse every year, so any change I may have had.l wasnt noticed.
For reference, i have astigmatism in my right eye (which is at a -7 power) and my left is at -6.

The hormones can cause some changes. I think most are temporary. Mine was horrible during my pregnancy with DS but improved after birth. No real issues with DD and I'm hoping I've been stable for my next exam so we can talk LASIK.
Mine got worse but my eye doctor didn't want to do anything while I was pregnant. Last year, my eyes were the same as they were before I got pregnant. Eventually I want to have LASIK done. And my prescription is pretty strong (-7)

Yeah, bad.
Kind of the same here, but no astigmatism. I am - 8 in my left eye and - 7 in my right, so when it's that bad it's hard to notice if it gets worse! This does remind me that I'm due to make an eye appointment.
I also feel like my eyes are VERY dry a lot of times. I'm assuming that's also hormone related.
My eyes were really dry when I was pregnant - I think part of it was cold weather related too. It was a huge pain, because the contacts I wear had been discountinued and I had to try probably five different kinds trying to find one that would work. They all felt so dry and irritating! I lucked out and was able to find my old brand that was the most comfortable with the dryness.

I did! I had a new prescription in October right before I found out I was pg. it felt like after the second trimester hit, my vision went to crap. My glasses weren't enough for me. I remember after I had him, my glasses were clear as day
I just had my prescription redone a few months ago and there was only a minute change. He said not enough for me to notice it. I do have a horrible time driving at night and have for years. I figured it was because I wear glasses and the glare bothered me. I wear contacts too, but not often because they dry so quickly. I have astigmatism in both eyes too so contacts in general aren't very comfortable.
And here I thought I was crazy thinking that my crappier than normal vision was in my head. It makes sense it could be pregnany related. It's good to hear that it will hopefully go back after thi LO is born.
So there was one time during my pregnancy that my vision became super blurry for a few hours. I called the dr and I forget what they told me it was but they told me I needed to up my protein and if it continued to come in.
My vision got worse after having DS, but stayed the same after having DD. Like some of the ladies here, I also having crappy vision and my eyes always seem to get a little worse.
My vision didn't change with P, but with this one, I haven't been able to wear my contacts since the end of Nov. Went for an eye exam and they said it hadn't changed. But they become blurry. Fortunately, my glasses are still okay. But I hate wearing them and coming up, we have a lot of driving to do.
workinit already touched on it but anyone experiencing vision changes in pregnancy should definitely double check with their care provider. Usually nothing but hormones, but it could be a sign that your blood pressure is off.

That was my first worry but my blood pressure has been good. I've sadly had vision problems like that - your entire field of vision changes. This is more like I can't read street signs and at night the glare of headlights blinds me - over powering my focus.
Yeah, nothing in your original post post was really warning sign-y to me but some of the follow ups from others mentioned blurriness, which can definitely be an issue, so I thought I would throw it out there.
