So, this is fun. Here are the stats for TB. This chart shows the post trends for the month, starting on Christmas day (which is why, by the way, it starts so low):
Is It strange that this makes me happy. My last BMB has pretty much all jumped ship. I imagine we weren't the only ones to do that. That's traffic that pretty much irreplaceable.

There was a thread a couple days ago about how someone misses the daily/weekly threads...but I guess the mental process of "gee, I miss this" to "I'll just start one myself" was too much.
It must be hard to find support and info on a board full of garbage. No wonder no one is really conversing.

edit: words are hard
She did start a weekend ransoms, but it had about 20 comments so she decided no one else wanted one and quit.
I was at a week-long meeting the week of Jan 12 when all the shit went down, so the story i pieced together is still full of holes. What you're saying is that graphs depicts the overall traffic for the entire BMB Forum, not just Aug 15? It wasn't just our month that took a moderator hit? When I went to really read up, it looked like lots had been deleted. Why did all of this happen?

The Bump gods didn't like that a lot of the mods disagreed with the new "guidelines" they were going to enforce, so they banned them. Then, when called on it they wouldn't respond to any questions it comments. Cue craziness and everyone leaving. That is the Spark Notes version.
Just to clarify (since I was also out that week) what were the exact new changes in the guidelines?
I haven't read everything, but basically snark and snarky gifs weren't going to be tolerated and we had to be super nice to everyone. They weren't super clear either.
As much as the new guide lines are dumb, the way they just dumped all their active and contributing members was horrible.

LOL, I go lurk just to see what is going on, but nothing exciting at all, not drama. Even the posts that I think might turn to drama, are all puppies and rainbows, and skittle farts. It actually is really lame over there, and slow.

This is wonderful news!! I asked for deletion so I am going to up my snark factor until I get reported enough they expedite my request. It is really tragic over there. So glad to see the "bad apples" stand up for themselves. Girl power!!! Haha

My goal in life is to get banned over there. I'm a downright bitch on every post that deserves it.
