I understand it's in city limits so all bets are off, but I've never understood putting such a big house on such a small lot. The house literally takes up more than half the lot. Add the pool and the driveway and there's no yard left!

Yes I completely agree. Like you said, it's just because it's within the city that the land is so expensive, but if I was spending that much on a house I would definitely expect a yard!
