I honestly don't know how to screenshot on my phone but I just checked my etsy favorites and it's all stuff I wanted to get DH for his birthday but forgot about. Oops.
I also don't have etsy favorites. And now all my money will go to my house, so probably best not to start one. The good news is that we finalized our financing and it's less than we expected to pay monthly! Hooray!
My problem is now I have alllllll of these on my favorite list. Why is it a million months until my birthday?! P. S. I guess you all know my jewelry style now. ALL THE JEWELS!!!!
I don't have Etsy favorites either. I don't shop Etsy. I did once for a momma necklace with Jack and I should go back and get a new one for both. Hmm... I've done enough work today, right?
For me it was watermelon! I wanted ALL the watermelon.
Last night was rough. C slept through the night, actually. But DH and I got into a bit of a fight and then a lot of emotions came out. It was good in the long run, I am sure. But I am wiped out today. I think a lot of it is the upcoming anniversary...
I craved watermelon too.. which of course made me have to pee pretty much every other minute! A slept through the night last night too. Hopefully it starts happening more often!!

Didn't get any sleep last night but not because of the baby, she only woke up once. One of my dogs is terrified of thunderstorms and we had a big (long) one last night. He just started puppy Prozac and when there are storms he gets a sedative but none of it seems to be helping. Unfortunately he is destructive when he is scared and does things like pull the molding off the door frame. My husband is tired of paying for repairs and wants to rehome him. I don't want to because I consider him part of the family and have had him for almost six years. I spent the whole night stopping him from chewing on things. I don't know what to do but I can't stay up all night every time there is thunder or lightning and it is causing fights between H and me.
Which medications is your dog taking specifically?

Ugh. That sucks. Have you tried thunder blankets? I've heard they can help.
DH swears it helps but I don't think it does. He has two and in a fit of desperation I put them both on him.

He has acepromazine for the sedative. He takes two 25 MG as needed. He is 85 pounds. The new vet we saw gave us fluoxetine looks like 40mg. We are only on day 4 of the fluoxetine so hopefully it needs to build up. I think one of the biggest issues we are having is that if I give him the sedative after the storm starts it is already too late. He can't calm down enough to let it kick in. I hate pre drugging him because then if the storm doesn't happen he is just high.

Poor pup i really hope you can find something to help him so he can stay with your family.
This makes me so happy! The one they did last week had a picture of everyone eating from hundreds of boxes of pizza at the end, so I am motivated!! Either way, I'm packing beer. I did an Oktoberfest race one time and there was NO BEER! Not letting that happen again.
Did kellrr have too much wine after the race and pass out somewhere? I want to hear details but it's past my bedtime.

I'm here! I finished! I feel awesome!! It nearly killed me, and I was a little shy of my goal, but I did great!

The fluoxetine typically takes about 30 days to kick in. 40 mg is also a low end dose for him so if you don't see an improvement in the 30 days they could probably increase the dose for you. For the sedative, I really like alprazolam. If the ace isn't working, see if they have that and if that'll work for him.

Thank you so much! I really want him to not be terrified. I feel so horrible watching him like that. Plus I really want him to stay with our family.
