Mirabelle and I are dairy free so we have almond milk in the house. I haven't been able to get her to drink it but her daycare got her to drink a few sips for the first time this past week. Otherwise all she drinks is water.
Whole here still. I don't drink milk straight and have become spoiled with how much creamier it makes stuff when I cook with it. My H will drink whatever so we haven't changed.
We do coconut milk. They seem to love it. And neither handles cows milk all that great.
ETA: it lasts 7-10 days it says and has 80 calories a cup but I have no idea on comparison to whole milk specifically.
when we first started doing almond milk I was concerned about the 7-10 days as not lasting long enough. But my H said regular skim milk also says best if consumed within 5 days so I'm guessing they're about the same.

Ava drinks 1% and has since she turned 2. Occasionally she'll drink my almond milk if we run out of her milk and I'm hoping to one day completely switch her to almond.

She still gets whole milk. She's really tall and probably about average for her height with her weight. Back in November she went to the dr and they suggested that she stay on whole milk just for the extra fat. She still drinks a good amount of milk. Like I buy 2 gallons at a time and I've never had to throw it out. My husband drinks a ton of milk so I actually buy 4 gallons of milk at a time 2 whole and 2 1% milk. Thankfully the dairy buy us has a drive up stand and I don't have to get out of my car.

Whole milk here. I can't quit it but don't drink it straight very often. G isn't a huge milk drinker probably 8-12 oz a day. He prefers water. H is a farm boy who "has" to have whole or 2%
She drinks 1% because thats what DH and I drink. So much easier not having to buy 2 separate gallons.
Ditto. We use the milk, J drinks it... Her ped said it was fine at her 2yr appointment, and it was up to us... We switched her shortly after so I wouldn't have to buy 2separate gallons. Gave us more room in the fridge too! Also, I used the whole milk for cooking too, it was so much better... And I used it in coffee too instead of creamer!

We all drink almond milk. L was MPI. I haven't tested if she can tolerate regular milk since she was 15 mths. I could try her on it but honestly don't care bc everyone here likes almond better so I figure why bother
We drink skim but lately we've been adding almond milk because riley is a milk fiend and I think the dairy is adding to her constipation issues. She loves it!
Same here. H and I drink Skim (which is randomly) but LO drinks almond milk. She had diary intolerance as an infant so we never offered milk since she had bad issues with it.
Sadie's drinking a less now and I've been throwing milk out. I'd like to switch her to 2% so we only have to buy one gallon, but she's such a skinny minny! Am I overthinking it?
Ingrid is a peanut too and she drinks 2%. Although now that Eli is about to switch over to milk soon (how is that possible?) We're going to switch back to whole milk for them both, rather than buy two different gallons.
