great list! I added Army Wives because there are several episodes throughout the series that mention pregnancy, loss of pregnancy, and loss of child

I added some books but I'm not sure how to rate them. They made me ugly cry several times but I can't tell if it's because the wounds were so fresh for me.

I have a hard time with the ratings, too. If it's tear-inducing but doesn't make me stop reading/watching, I gave it a 6-8, depending on the cry. If it was just a cringe, or I needed a few deep breaths, it got a lower like 3 or 4. I'm reserving 10s for those that I have to completely stop because of the triggers.

That's just me, but I hope that clarifies it!
