I started spotting tonight. I did the same when I was pregnant with DS. I think it's probably because I overdid it today. At least I hope. I was really hoping to not have to deal with it this time.
I seem to remember there were a lot of people who dealt with spotting on my other bmb. If anyone out there is having issues with this and wants to start a checkin let me know.
I was spotting around 5weeks. I had a UTI but my doc said its not uncommon. It's really scary. It was very light only when I wiped and spartic. Try calling and check with your OB. Doc wanted me to rest for a week. I go back to the Drs on Thursday.
I spotted at six weeks and after serial hCG testing (and an ultrasound at 8w3d) my doctor said everything looked good; spotting is very, very common. I was feeling a lot better about it all after my ultrasound and then I spotted after sex the other night. Even though I know it's common, you're right - it's such a mindfuck. I'm sorry you're going through it, too.
I bled a little on Wednesday. I am O- so had to go in for a rhogam shot and did get an ultrasound as well. We were able to see little one's HB. I haven't bled since and the doc thinks it's just because I overdid it the days before. I've been taking it really easy since then!
Hang in there mama. Everyone says bleeding in first tri is pretty common and not always worrisome. The OB told me it's more common to bleed in 2nd pregnancies as well.

That's interesting. I hadn't heard that about second pregnancies.

I hadn't heard that about second pregnancies so that's good to know. I've had some brown spotting that has been very light for the last 5-6 days, but saw some red around midnight last night. I've got a call into my OB's nurse to see if she wants me to come in or not. I'm 6 weeks today so we will see. Definitely a mindfuck though and kept me up for over an hour and tossing and turning the rest of the night!

I haven't spotted this pregnancy but did last pregnancy. My doctor says it doesn't even mean you "overdid it" (I would ask if I needed to back off my exercise routine a bit and he would always scoff). I am sort of expecting to have spotting again and will just be pleasantly surprised if I don't. It is a total mindscrew and I'm sorry you guys are dealing with this :-(

This. It's a total mindfuck. I bled often my last pregnancy, due to placenta previa. Nothing was "bad" per se, but I understand the stress. I'm sorry you have to deal with this.

My OB ordered blood work yesterday. The nurse called back and said my hcg was 9306 but my progesterone is low. She's calling in some prometrium for me to take for the next week and will do an ultrasound Thursday morning to see if everything looks okay.
