I actually generally avoid the internet for pregnancy related stuff, because it's all scary/crazy information that I then have to work to get out of my head spaces. Read Ina May Gaskin's Guide to Childbirth and Expecting Better and pretty much felt like I would probably survive pregnancy without needing more information.

Not consistently a fan of watching TV, but I do love Buffy. Currently if I'm watching a show without DH, it's Gossip Girl on Netflix. I started about 3.5 years ago & I'm on season 5.

8) What's one thing that you would like to indulge in while pregnant that you haven't been able to?
Every year I go to NoLa to spend Mardi Gras with my extended family, and I can't this year because I'm due the next week. But I'm very excited to bring LO for years to come! Other than that I miss sleeping on my stomach.

8) What's one thing that you would like to indulge in while pregnant that you haven't been able to? A respectable helping of wine. I've had a wee glass here and there but I want a restriction-free bottle in front of me.

10) What are you looking forward to MOST about this baby? Looking into his eyes. The first time I looked in my son's eyes, I felt like I had know him forever. Best feeling ever.

It was written by scientific research journalist in London and she goes through all the studies done in relation to pregnancy and tells you which ones are shit and which ones you should pay attention to. 3) Have you read any pregnancy books or followed any pregnancy blogs? I started reading the what to expect but then I lost it. I searched for it and found it 3 days before I delivered. I crammed through the labor and delivery section. I use google too, but within reason. Most of the questions you look up say you are going to die and you cannot believe everything on the Internet. All of my girlfriends have been preggo or are preggo right now. I use them as a resource quite a bit.
