Last week someone started a thread for the weeks meal plans. I don't usually plan a whole weeks meals at once but I got some great ideas last week! Let hear yours!
I have made these before but with a few changes. DH hates quinoa says it "gets stuck in his teeth" so I just put it in a real wrap and put the sauce in the wrap. I use less peanut butter than they say as well. It makes a good quick dinner.
I just come up with meals and decide what I feel like that day. And I never plan the full week because when I do that's when we make last minute dinner plans and produce goes to waste. Throwing food away really fires me up.
Tonight I made a WW recipe. It was a Mexican chicken casserole thing and it was amazing! Monday: homemade pizza Tuesday: leftover casserole Wednesday: turkey burgers Thursday: grilled chicken, green beaned, salad

Just went grocery shopping and I have stuff for:
BLTs and salad Chicken nachos Roasted veggies/sausage with rice Breakfast for dinner (biscuits and gravy with eggs) Burritos Eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti
Monday - Chili Tuesday - Salisbury Steak Wednesday - BBQ Boneless Pork Ribs Thursday - Leftovers Friday - I was going to make crock pot chicken. But y'all have me in the mood for "breakfast for dinner" so I'm thinking sausage gravy and biscuits.
@addysmama22 do you both like chili? We really like this chocolate chili. It calls for 2lbs of GBF which I felt like was a lot compared to all the other ingredients so I double everything and keep the meat the same. I also add more seasoning to it after I taste it.
DH usually meal plans for us, but I think we're having: M- Greek salad with chicken T- Steak and baked potatoes W- (I can't remember) Th- spaghetti F- Maple Salmon with cous cous
I'm so impressed with you ladies and your meal plans... I think we meal plan like one week every few months... We really need to get better at this. Keep this post up, I'm getting some good ideas!!!
