glad I'm not the only one 12w pp and starting the hemmi train. I made it my entire pregnancy without it and I just got the most painful one ever!
I also have gotten the occasional pulling and tugging in my abdomen (c-section). This is another reason why we haven't DTD yet, I'm just not ready.
Have you gotten the weird pains on each side of the incision? I thought my incision was pulling but it was the area outside of where each side started. Weird....also when I sleep on my back I feel like my pelvis is heavy. It hurts! Phantom baby? Lol

@hooterrific yes I still get them time to time! I hate it, I wish it was all back to normal, but I'm impatient haha. I haven't noticed it when I lay down on my back, I'll have to pay attention next time. I've noticed the phantom baby when I lay on my stomach or sometimes sitting and doing nothing.
I'm 10 weeks pp and this was my second c section. I feel normal now, what i found out that help me was colace everyday a gallon of water plus a high fiber diet ! Hope this helps you lady's!
Totally recovered? Uhm, no. Mostly recovered though. I have had painless poops, but (butt) I also still have painful ones. And if I've had a busy day, of carried my LO a lot, all of my nether regions ache.
