Symptoms/how are you feeling? My boobies are still sore and I am constantly queasy. Also, I can't sleep for shit.
Any questions for the group? I will talk to the nurse tomorrow before I take anything, but does anyone know of anything you can safely take while pregnant to help you stay asleep?
GTKY: So far, only peppermint gum. Ginger ale and eating every few hours hasn't helped.

You go here if your EDD is 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, or 4/26
How many weeks/fruit? 6 - blueberry!
Symptoms/how are you feeling? Pretty good. Bloated and tired. But I'm getting sick so that's no fun.
Any questions for the group? Nada
GTKY: If you've experienced m/s, what is your go-to relief? Ginger ale and crackers. But I only had super mild m/s with DS so I'm not super experienced.

I guess I go here!
How many weeks/fruit? Wow, I'm only 4 weeks and baby is the size of a poppy seed!
Symptoms/how are you feeling? Boobs are kinda sore, ute is a little crampy, heartburn and I'm so tired.
Any questions for the group? How about does the group have any questions for me ☺
GTKY: If you've experienced m/s, what is your go-to relief? I've never really had MS that much in the past but I would say ginger ale, 7up, peppermint or if it's uncontrollable then zofran as a last resort.
*snip* Any questions for the group? I will talk to the nurse tomorrow before I take anything, but does anyone know of anything you can safely take while pregnant to help you stay asleep?
For sleep, in the past my OB said I can take diphenhydramine to help me sleep.
Symptoms/how are you feeling? Just extremely tired!
Any questions for the group? Not at the moment.
GTKY: If you've experienced m/s, what is your go-to relief? Luckily I never really experienced m/s with DS and haven't had any yet so far this time either!
::dirty lurker:: jags8 my OB allows Benadryl, which is a good sleep inducer. FYI, melatonin is not cleared for pregnancy because of risk of developmental disorders -- there isn't good science on it, but no one seems willing to take the chance. See here.

I have no issues falling asleep. It's staying asleep that's the issue! I keep waking up around 4:30 and then can't fall back.
Sooo...since I am unsure of the fate of the ticker change days, I figured I'd just post here on last week's thread!
I was looking forward to sharing that today is our first u/s at 6 weeks...I'm both scared and excited! Scared because I had a little bit of off and on spotting but my hCG levels looked good, so I'm nervous that something wrong may be detected. Excited because, well...you know why!
Hope the rest of my Tuesday ladies are having a good day!
You go here if your EDD is 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, or 4/26
How many weeks/fruit? 7/blueberry
Symptoms/how are you feeling? I want to die.
Also, the vivid, crazy dreams. They are super X-rated about 75% of the time, too. Last night I dreamed I was seducing Prince William (who I do not find attractive at all) and it was graphic as hell. Enough, hormones!
Any questions for the group? This gets better, right?
GTKY: If you've experienced m/s, what is your go-to relief? Preggie Drops have helped and some ginger tea, but mostly its very short lived.
