Dear DH, Thank you for not folding the last load of laundry after I folded and put away the other two loads. All of these wrinkly clothes will not need to be ironed so it's not a big deal.
Also, waking up at 5am to get a workout in is not the business.
Why do you lull me into thinking you may sleep longer by sleeping for 3 hour intervals, then bam, on a work night back to 2 hour sleep intervals. Please, i would love it if you would let me sleep 3 straight hours again.
I seriously need to get my shit together. I'm so tired and impatient with Gidget. She has no clue I'm up a lot. Today, I absolutely have to be more patient with her.

In spite of being great at counting calories and staying in my calorie budget I gained 1.5 pounds last week. Fml. So hard to feel motivated after that.
Transitioning to the crib has gone terrible. First night he was so sleepy while feeding him then I put him in the crib and he's wide eyed bushy tail. I ended up giving up when he decided his first wake up would be at 11:45 versus his usual 3-4 am wake up and put him back in his RNP. Yesterday he was in a mood, I'm thinking from fighting sleep and cried for 2 hours straight and he's normally not a crier. When I went to put him to bed I wasn't even going to fight with the crib, well he wouldn't even lay in his RNP. Finally laid him in his crib on his stomach. He slept for like 40 minutes tops, then refused to lay back down for an hour or so. I'm running off a few hours of sleep and have a splitting headache.
We also transitioned to his crib in his room this weekend. Friday night was a breeze. He went down awake, an few pats on the back and he was asleep and didn't wake for nearly seven hours! Woke up once to eat and fell back asleep for 5 more hours. So then I got all arrogant and was like, "People think this is hard? They must not be doing it right." Then karma paid me a visit last night. Up every couple hours. Dang it, Eena! Why did you have to think that?!?
It's hardly fair DH that you were gone on a business trip all last week and now you have a man cold. Slept until 9:45 Saturday morning and took a nap both weekend days. Must be nice.
I had to put LO back in the RNP. He is doing this thing at night the last couple weeks where he will only sleep basically if his legs are strapped down and he cant kick. It is terrible. He will sleep a couple hours strapped into the RNP, a couple hours with his legs pinned down in the swing, and then I have to spend the rest of the night fighting with him in my bed, trying to snuggle him while pinning down his stupid legs. He sleeps, I don't. We are going back to the chiropractor this week.

I hate pumping at work. Hate it. We have a nice pumping room and everything. But it's way across the building, I have to lug all this heavy gear, and then my boobs are really slow. I have small pores. So I pump for 20 minutes and they still aren't empty but I have to stop to go back to work.
I'm pretty sure the new pumping routine lead to my first clogged pore and clogged duct this weekend. SUCK. I had to scrape the pore back open with a needle. That was super fun!

LO had a major blowout before bed last night. Peas and green beans look the same when they come out the other end! I had to rinse the clothes, spray and do a load of laundry on stain treat mode at 9pm.
In spite of being great at counting calories and staying in my calorie budget I gained 1.5 pounds last week. Fml. So hard to feel motivated after that.
LO was sleeping 5-6 hour stetch at night then nurse then sleep another 2-3 hours. BUT the last week he has been up evey 1-2 hours and it's killing me. Everytime I think we are in a good sleep routine it goes to sh*t. I swear this time it's since I started solids...I thought they were supposed to help him sleep longer not f*ck everything up.

water weight. don't let it get you down!
Thanks! Trying to have a good start to this week today!

That sounds awful! I am sorry. When I decided to stop breastfeeding, which meant no more pumping at work, I felt like a thousand pound weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

Kudos to all of the pumping mommas. If I didn't work from home I don't think I would be breastfeeding anymore.

DH,
You had a real winner day yesterday. You chose to stay in bed after everyone else got up. You claimed to want to give me some time, yet instead of taking over nap time as I suggested you went to work on your writing. I'm tired of you only paying lip service to wanting to get me some "me time".
DD3,
Take your pacifier back! She has stopped taking her pacifier, but doesn't want to nurse to sleep...so she has no idea how to actually fall asleep.
DD has decided to boycott sleeping. She just fought her naps all weekend. Every time I took her into her room to nap when she was obviously tired she would scream. So we tried to have her just sleep in the bouncer in the living room, since she didn't want to be in her room. Nope, she just cried because she was tired. Last night she woke up at 1am for her MOTN feeding, but then wouldn't go to sleep for 2.5 hours. DH puts her back down after MOTN feedings, but I couldn't go back to sleep because I could hear her crying. I'm exhausted and I miss my baby that would sleep for 7 hours and then go right back to sleep after eating for 5 more hours.

Dear DS1, No, you are NOT allergic to water. Yes, you are that dirty. Yes, the water is hot already. Yes, you have time. No, having this talk is not cute. TAKE A SHOWER!
Dear DS2, Amazingly, sleepily staring at your school uniform does nothing to get it on your body. GET DRESSED!
Dear LO, Thank you for making me feel like the Worst Mom Ever when I left for work this morning. I hate separation anxiety. I cried halfway to work.
Dear DD1, Thank you for the hug this morning. I really needed it.
One more... When someone asks if I have a minute (as I'm scarfing down lunch while running to my next meeting) and I say no, that isn't an invitation to tell me what you'd like to see me about. Check my calendar and schedule a meeting! And let me eat my darn lunch!
FunniBunni I hope your day gets better. Rough starts to a Monday morning are the worst!

DH was super grouchy this morning because he didn't want to wake up at 7am. Seriously? Don't mind the fact that I had to get ready for work and was up all night with LO.
What I would give to trade lives with him just one day.
Dear Baby---thank you for making it necessary for BOTH of us to shower and change this morning fifteen minutes before our ride arrived.

I was thinking about starting solids this week.
I can just formula-feed forever, right?
Perhaps this is an UO for Thursday, but I don't find solid food poop to be that bad. I kind of prefer it. I like that there are days now that his poop is more solid and formed and stays in one place instead of exploding all over. Though when it does explode and there are food particles in it I am less than thrilled.
