How far along are you? Weeks/object (if known) 32 weeks my app says large jicama...i don't even know what that is
Any appointments this week? a BPP today (which turned in to an NST and a trip to L&D), a growth scan tomorrow at the perinatal clinic, and on thursday another BPP NST and regular doc visit.
Anything to aw? I had my shower on saturday and it went really well. Then today, I got a 4d of my baby boy and while i was in the ultrasound I saw baby girl grab her toes. cuteness.
Any complaints? Heartburn!
What is the weather like where you live? unusually warm for this time of year and not much snow.
How far along are you? Weeks/object(if known): 33 weeks, honeydew melon ( I think?)
Any appointments this weeks? Nope next Tuesday
Anything to aw? No, just business as usual
Any complaints? Mostly lower back pain and hip mainly when I'm at work. I'm a server/bartender so I'm on my feet a lot.
What is the weather like where you live? Just getting ready to deal with Blizzard Juno. So far a couple inches on the ground, gearing up for the worst of it.
Canary melon/coconut-35 wks NST Monday and Thursday. Baby is still head down and so far cervix etc are all still closed for business. AW/Complaints- LO is moving and kicking so much these days I feel bruised. Back spasms are killing me and our dresser project is taking for-fucking-ever. Between wood tannins leaking and DH slopping varnish around its kind of a mess that we keep trying to fix -.- nearly 200 in at this point. I've had to wreck my back repeatedly to fix and or complete the detail work 3 times now. Just so done. But we're so invested this POS is getting finished and it will look nice -.-
Weather was nice during the day then about 6:30 started to drizzle. We certainly need it here in CA, but messed with our project area. Had to move into the garage.
Appts.: Today with the OB, who I originally started seeing with thoughts of an elective c-section (I know, I know). Today was decision day and I told him I'm going to try for a vaginal birth. *gulp* Anyway, he did a check since I was there anyway and measured me 3 cm smaller than the maternity clinic did on Friday, which was a relief. Told me baby was head down and facing down, so here's hoping he stays that way! Also got one last quick U/S - *definitely* a boy and his little profile looks exactly like my H's.
AW: Tonight we met with a public health nurse who my H did some work for and had offered to give us a free, private breastfeeding class. She was a wealth of knowledge and so so friendly - I feel really lucky to have her as a resource.
Complaints: If I stay in one position too long (sleeping, watching TV, etc.), it's becoming nearly impossible to get mobile again. My back, hips, and joints are all so sore and my ribs have been taking a real beating. No bueno.
Weather: It's actually fairly mild for this time of year. I'm near the west coast of Canada and all our snow is nearly gone. Only got one big dump this year. Thinking of those riding out the storm back east though... Hope everyone's safe and sound.
How far along are you? Weeks/object (if known) 31 weeks pineapple
Any appointments this week? Had a previa checkup. Placenta hasn't budged off of my cervix, so we're looking at a c-section. I am pretty upset, but glad to not be on bed rest or bleeding.
Anything to aw? We saw baby boy grabbing his toes and kicking me at the same time. He's drinking amniotic fluid and looking to currently be 3lbs 12oz.
Any complaints? So tired of people trying to tell me how to feel and that a healthy baby is all that matters. Frustrated that I haven't had an orgasm in 11 weeks and I've got a ways to go before I can be intimate again with my husband. Wish I could turn those feelings off. The sciatic, back and neck pain is real.
What is the weather like where you live?<br/> Abnormally dry and it's been warm in the mid to high 60's near the coast. Hopefully there is rain in our future.
How far along are you? Weeks/object (if known) 32 weeks and a squash
Any appointments this week? I had my first NST yesterday and Baby Girl was being stubborn so it tool longer than expected. Growth ultrasound tomorrow morning and I'm super excited to see baby girl again since I haven't seen her since 20 weeks. I have another nst Thursday morning. I'll have baby related appointments 2 and sometimes 3 times a week till delivery
Anything to aw? Nope, just hanging in there and enjoying her kicks and jabs
Any complaints? Back pain is awful! I cannot sleep at night. Everything is starting to swell and I can't wear real shoes anymore. My blood pressure has been consistently high lately and I can definitely tell when it is but the Dr's don't seem concerned about it
What is the weather like where you live? It's been really pretty, almost spring like and warm the past few days here. It will be short lived since it's supposed to get cold again tomorrow night
How far along are you? Weeks/object (if known) 33 weeks
Any appointments this week? I just had one yesterday, everything is looking good! Only one more 2 week wait for the next appt, then I'm down to every week! It's going so fast!
Anything to aw? My dd has finally shown an interest in walking (she's 14 months ) she's been able to for a couple months now, but only did it here and there since she preferred to crawl. Its so cute to watch her walk.
Any complaints? Just this insane hip and tailbone pain, all the time.
What is the weather like where you live? It snowed a couple inches yesterday but it's not bad. Not even super cold out.
How far along are you? Weeks/object (if known) 35 / coconut
Any appointments this week? Nope
Anything to aw? I'm thinking about switching providers ... Gulp!
Any complaints? Where's the symptoms thread? My belly itches soooooo bad and I keep it well moisturized. And I am waking up at 4 am and can't go back to sleep

Complaints: Just really tired all of the time.
Weather: We got some snow yesterday. It's cold, but the highs are above freezing today, so I'll take it!

33 weeks/ Durian Fruit (wth is this? Lol)
No apt
Umm i guess that we finally have a date for our baby shower. My mom is throwing it and it's really informal. No invites or anything she just called everyone lol but my SO and i work at the same place don't the same thing so for both of us to take off at the same time is tough but we finally figured it out.
Well i already put this in ransoms but we finally got our glider in and put together and it is literally the worst chair i have ever sat in in my life. I mean it is bad. So now we have to return it and try to find something else quickly great
drudolph11 Durian is a horribly stinky exotic fruit that is yellowish and spikey It smells like death but is surprisingly tasty! It's bad enough it's banned from many public places in its native countries.
sorry... I don't know what I did there... I need to figure out how to tag people here!
anyway, rm2013 have you tried cocoa butter? its greasy, but its been a god send to me whenever I itch. I use it constantly.
Same here, it's to the point where I use it on my belly every day.
mrskstarsailor26 - yes I keep it super moisturized. The past 2 days have been so bad I was thinking I'm developing PUPPS. I've used shea butter, organic coconut oil (food quality), and goats milk lotion - all have worked well until now, it literally feels like I have scabies or something.

Bummer! I hope you can find something to ease it! I've had times where I'm so itchy even when I'm moisturized but usually it just means my skin is annoyed with the shirt I have on. Not being able to get rid of it would drive me insane.

rm2013 That sounds terrible. You should put a call in to your OB to be sure. My coworker thought she had PUPPs but it turned out to be something with her liver. Although she was itchy all over so if it's only on your stomach, it's probably not that. Either way, I hope you get some relief soon.
Thanks ladies. I will definitely call if it doesn't improve tmo. I bought some California Baby Calendula Balm which is supposed to soothe and moisturize irritated skin and I'm hoping that will work. (I looked at all the cocoa butter creams and lotions they had at the store but they all had extra ingredients that I'm allergic/sensitive to.

I get mine on amazon. It's not a cream it's Palmer's cocoa butter formula with vitamin E. They also just have straight up cocoa butter and that doesn't usually come with anything. I stay away from lotions period because they are so water based they tend to dry you out more, and creams in stores are hit or miss. Even if it doesn't help with the itch i recommend it only because I usually get stretch marks super easy and I hardly have any on my belly, I feel like its really helped with that.

How far along are you? Weeks/object (if known) 34 Weeks, Butternut Squash
Any appointments this week? I have an OB appt tomorrow (Thursday) morning... and I get to have my first pelvic exam of this process... yay!
Anything to aw? NBR, but DH got the job he was in process for and had his first day today. Also, my "Aunt" Jen gifted us the Glider we had on our registry, and it is seriously the most comfortable thing EVER.
Any complaints? Just the usual: Can't breathe, can't sleep, heartburn, tired all the time... but it's not so bad really. What is the weather like where you live? So, here in western Ma, we got all of the hype and basically none of the snow... we were promised the snowpocalypse but received a super lame Snore-easter, lol. We got to sit in our houses under a state-wide travel ban, and wonder why on earth they didn't just lift it for our county.
