Well ladies, I have officially made it to 5 weeks as of today. I'll admit I'm feeling a little panicky because I have no discernible pregnancy symptoms. Which leads me to this post.
Let's do a weekly symptom check thread! Just list your symptoms and the number of weeks you are.
Oh and here are some waffles because they just sound damn delicious this morning
I don't know what are real symptoms and which are just psychological. I don't care if you've had a baby before or not.. that BFP puts you back into being a FTM again when it comes to stuff like that.
Mainly, just exhausted, emotional (baby Aylan's photos in my FB news feed make me cry every 2.4 seconds. They would have a month ago also though.), and thirsty, so peeing all the time.

I don't know if it is my loss history that makes me have a psychological block with regards to my lack of symptoms or if pumping my body full o hormones that make me.feel.like.general.shit.all. the.time. for the past 3 years is why I can't discern pregnancy symptoms vs med side effects.... I just want to get to the u/s and see a HB....
o2girl, I'm right there with you, and I don't have a history with loss. You knew the TWW was hard, but there's less talking about how hard this wait is.
I was going to say, I have no idea what are symptoms and what is just in my head.
I'm absolutely exhausted. I've woken up feeling perfectly normal in terms of energy levels but by 9:30 I can hardly keep my eyes open the last two days.
I'm also not really sure when to call to schedule an appointment. :/ But that's not really symptom related LOL

I called the very next day! They scheduled me for 8 weeks and then a 11-12 week appt.

I have extreme exhaustion most days. Huge sore boobs. Last time I had horrible acne ad this time I don't. I have indigestion something serious, which didn't start til later in my previous pregnancy.
I really just want September 22nd to be here already so I can stop worrying.

I called right away, because depending on you office sometimes it can take a while to get an appointment. When I called up they scheduled 3 appointments for me, which included a nurse visit and blood work for next week (I'll be 5 weeks).

Maybe I'll call this afternoon. My doctor gave me two places they recommend for an OB. One is local and has several doctors and midwives, one is about 40 minutes away and appears to be the only doctor in the practice.
Mostly I think I need to call to find out about insurance and stuff since that will sort of determine things too. I'm still in complete shock, lol.

I'm super pro-midwives if you don't have a medical reason that you need to see an OB. Definitely get the ball rolling on appts though - I got my insurance in order and called yesterday and the first available appointment wasn't until almost 10 weeks!
teraiin, if your insurance covers it, local and with midwives sounds like the winner to me. a huge commute every month (and more frequently towards the end) sounds awful.
Only real symptoms I've noticed are my boobs are wicked sore, and slight cramping/stretching. I never had nausea with DS and my 2nd pregnancy I had some, but not severe. Honestly I'll be okay with no nausea again. I have other symptoms to make me feel pregnant.

I think the reason why the doctor from further away was mentioned is because she has 'privileges' at a bigger/fancier hospital.
But I'm sort of assuming if something comes up that would make me high risk, I'd be referred to a doctor at a bigger hospital anyway...
Anyway I think you're right and with our winters (horrible snow and freezing cold temps) a 5 minute drives sounds much nicer to me.
Sore boobs-check, exhaustion-check, peeing in the middle of the night-check..... I've concluded from this post that I am clearly indeed experiencing symptoms lol

4 weeks today. Bloated, mild nausea comes and goes, yesterday I had a very angry tummy (I feel you graysweater!) I have acute cramps/mild pain in a very specific spot on the left side of my pelvic region - I've been advised that it could be a cyst and/or perfectly normal, so I'm trying not to freak out too much. Feeling tired and emotional. Boobs are tingly and warm, but not as stabby as last time... yet.
I'll be 5 weeks on Sunday and I feel constantly hungry, just started to break out, also have shortness of breath, had it with my first pregnancy so not surprised. It's frustrating because I'm a runner and have pretty good cardio and now I get out of breath just reading a book to DD!

I have this too. In fact the other night I stood up and the pain was so sharp it took my breath away. It was gone in a matter of seconds but still a little scary.

Hard not too get into a worry spiral, but it seems to be perfectly normal. Just need to keep repeating that.
First, this thread is so good for my head right now... you are all making me feel so nooorrmmmalll!
So, ditto to all of the above. Sore boobs (coming and going), exhausted especially afternoon & early bedtime, the girl juices are flowing freely, no appetite, thirsty all.the.time., @aeroplaneoverthesea, I am feeling congested as well & feel like I'm "coming down with something"... could be due to the dryness/thirst... and Dr. Google told me it was a symptom AND I have the most common symptom of all: freaking out about my symptoms!

I've actually had quite a few already! And as much as they suck, I find them oddly comforting since we obviously don't know if this one will stick yet!
I'm currently 5w4d. In the last week or so, I've had - Acid reflux - Crampy - Weird dream (so weird! It only happened one night so far) - Sneezing (this was a thing with my DS too) - Overall blechy feeling that comes and goes - Gassy - Green poop?! I googled it and apparently that can be an early pregnancy thing too! - Warm - Boobs are starting to be tingly today

I had sinus congestion in my last pregnancy since 2nd tri fwd. It was bothersome but not too bad (better than morning sickness!)
I am 5 wks4 dys. So far dizziness, bloat, thirst, and certain food aversions. This morning I couldn't eat my banana muffin and in my last pregnancy I had to stop eating avocados and yogurt
But yeah, I hate when I realize I feel a-ok because then I start to worry.
I'm 4 weeks, 5 days and I feel pretty good. Mild fatigue, but not enough to slow me down or make me want to have to nap. Twinges in my ute occasionally (but that could all be in my head). Lower back ache. That's it. Safe to say I'm a bit anxious. I have been taking $.88 Wal-Mart tests every other day to continue to confirm that I am pregnant. I'm riding the crazy train!

I have 1 test left and really want to use it (I use 2 already). Just to be sure.
It makes me feel better seeing the line get darker. Plus the Wal-Mart tests are so cheap I don't feel guilty testing so often. I do have 5 FRER left and I plan to take one of those each week until my first appointment.
I too have tests left. I have a bunch of wondfos that expire September 16th, so I was pretty glad I got pregnant before they expired. I took another test yesterday 2 days after the first and it was significantly darker, it eased my mind a little.
No real symptoms yet here either. I honestly can't remember when my symptoms started in the past so I'm trying not to freak out because I'm only 5 weeks 5 days. Argh! I'm sure we will all be regretting complaining about the lack of symptoms as soon as MS kicks in.
