All the triggers today. Need to vent.

I'm still enduring my most recent mc. The bleeding has just about stopped though, so I was trying to get past it and just feel better. Then, a friend I haven't seen in months surprised me at work today, to show off her new baby bump and chat about all the baby shopping she's doing. We were due only weeks apart.
Next, I came home to a sympathy card in the mail. I didn't even know they made miscarriage cards. It's a very thoughtful gesture, I just can't handle it right now.
Finally, I just went on Facebook and the very first thing on my newsfeed was a pregnancy announcement from someone who is due in March, just like I was.

This day has been very, very difficult.

I'm having a pity party over here.

I'm so sorry. I hope this weekend you're able to take some time to yourself and get some respite from the pain. We're all here for you when you need us, and I'm sure you're in good company with the pity party. We all deserve a few good ones now and then.

Thank you ladies. No, my friend doesn't know about any of my losses, so I really can't blame her, she's just excited and rightfully so. I think I need to stay away from Facebook because it seems so many posts are announcements or bump pics. I spend all my time "hiding" things from my newsfeed. I'm so thankful for this group because nobody else understands. Thanks again

Ugh, that is the worst. It always seems to happen like that, too. Two months ago, my period showed up early and the same day, I got an invitation to my cousin's baby shower. I wanted to set the invitation on fire. We are all here for you. Lean on us.

Trigger days, they are the worst. I once completely melted down over an onion because of when I bought it.
Hiding pregnant facebook people is a must. Even the people I love and are happy for, I eventually end up doing it so I might as well do it right away. That isn't the case for everyone, but don't feel bad if that is what you do.
