I know there are a couple other ladies "lucky" enough to be suffering with me.. How are you coping?
I literally can't eat. I had some pizza Thursday night, which was great, but since then it's been a struggle. I've spent the morning trying not to upchuck a piece of toast and I'm just miserable.
Ginger, peppermint sour candies, green Popsicles, small tiny meals, soda crackers, taking prenatal vitamin before bed rather than during the day are all things that helped me last time. My nausea wasn't horrible and I only vomited maybe ten times. Thinking of you. Try to stay hydrated!

Oh no I meant to edit and I hit delete! Let's try again- Gingerale, Preggie pops/drops, sea bands, vitamin at night, snacking throughout the day and trying to get some protein in. The only 2 things I can eat that taste good and aren't forced are applesauce and plain cape cod potato chips. Today I had a BLT on a bagel and it was the first real meal I had in a week. It's been really hard, but the more I eat the better I feel sometimes. I'm also on antibiotics bc they found bacteria in my urine. They are the grossest things I've ever had to swallow. I'm sure they are making things worse! Also, staying hydrated seems to help too. If I haven't had water in awhile I feel worse.

I'm 6w6d, and absolutely no nausea yet. I was worrying and wanting it to come, but since I had a perfect u/s on Thursday, I'm just going to enjoy feeling good while it lasts! I'm sorry you're so miserable k3am. Hope you find some tricks that will help.
I had the easiest pregnancy with DD, and this one is shaping up to be entirely different. I keep trying to convince myself that maybe I'll suffer now and get a baby who sleeps through the night sooner than 13 months?

I'm so sorry! Morning sickness is the worst. I had it terribly with my DD through 20+ weeks and pretty badly with my last pregnancy as well. I found that citrus helped...lemonade or even just smelling lemons. Also, I basically lived on saltines and nilla wafers. Once I saw my OB both times I started to take medicine which helped a lot (zofran with DD and diclegis last time). Hang in there...hopefully it eases up for you soon.
