Rock-n-play! That thing was wonderful. We could cart it around the house and DD would sleep in it at night for a few months. It kind of cocooned her so she felt safe and comfortable.
Arms reach co sleeper, after she was out of the rock-n-play for sleep, that kept her close, and within easy reach for middle of the night nursing sessions.

Posted the wrong stuff to the wrong post.
Onsies. Lots and lots of onsies. My kid had lots of blowouts and onsies were great for around the house. Also loved the Rock and Play. And I used the breastfeeding pillow every time I fed her.

Swaddlemes. I could never get a regular blanket swaddled tight enough.
Carrier, though I think I might buy a lillebaby to replace my Ergo. I do like my Ergo though. There are just more options with the lillebaby. I imagine I'll use this even more with my second as i run around after E.
I'm buying a new manual pump - maybe 2. I ended up using my double electric one maybe 5 times. It was so loud and bulky, and my manual was so much easier to travel with. It was just as quick, and I couldn't break up clogs with the electric.
Ergo - I think I want to get a wrap/sling this time too though, I don't have my infant insert... it'll be in Bogota... so I might get something that's a little better for a really little one
4Moms Cleanwater tub - I'm so sad it's in storage to go to Bogota instead of having it for the first few weeks but we'll use it as soon as we move after LO
SwaddlePods - I'll have to buy these because... they're all in storage to go to Bogota but I loved being able to zip DD in then use a SwaddleMe on top. She was twisty and could easily get unswaddled way too early.

Second the hands free pumping bra. I pumped once a shift for the first year and this is the only way it was possible. It was also a life saver in the morning when DS was a newborn.. He was only big enough to eat one side so I'd was pump the other while burping/rocking him. Saved a ton of time.
ETA: Also- white noise machine. DS still won't sleep without it.
I bought it when my son out grew his reclining tub and we still use it (14.5 months old). There is a post in it so that he can't slip down (well, can't easily slip down) as he sits. Plus it wastes less water than filling the whole tub and keeps his toys close. It can also be used as a newborn tub.
Personal paranoia of drowning, before we got this tub I would keep a death grip on his arm. No fun for anyone. This tub has let me relax a lot more.
-Rock N Play -Baby Carrier (I have a Beco Butterfly II, but want to upgrade to either a Kinderpack or Tula) -Sound Machine -Kick N Play mat -Medela PISA
When the time comes, we will do BLW again versus purees.
