GTKY Thread-Where did you meet your SO?

Challenge by soultrane for this week's check-in-where did you meet your SO? 

My DH and I met when we were 15. We worked at Chick-fil-A together and started dating then. He's the only boyfriend I ever had. We broke up for about a year in there but got married when we were 21 and 22, last year of college!

DH and I met in high school when we were 15. We dated from then until we got married when we were 21.

DH and I met when we were in grad school. We were both working full-time on campus while going to school so even though we were in different programs we had mutual friends on campus.

Confession - he had dated one of my friends a few months before he and I met. I knew of him but didn't meet him until after they were done. It was a little weird at first, but we've been together now for almost 10 years so I think we made a good choice. And she's happily married to a great guy now too, so it all worked out!

And soultrane, my story is similar to yours! Met in college and DH had dated one of my friends a few months before we met. Also a little awkward at first but we were all happier with how things worked out.

I don't have an exciting story. DH and I met online.

Me and DH met at a 4th of July firework show when we were 16. We didn't see each other for about 4 months later. That time we were at the same church and where friends since we were both dating other people. We got married at 21 and have been married for 11 years now.

DH and I went to school together pretty much all our grade school years. We can't really remember when we met, probably some time in middle school or the first year of high school, but we had a lot of mutual friends and so our paths crossed quite a bit. Sophomore year, a friend tried to hook us up, but neither of us believed the other really liked them. I spent most of junior year helping him date a friend of mine.

We didn't get together until college, when I had moved 1.5 hrs away to go to college. I came back for the summer and was complaining about running into an ex, and he asked me out...I very nearly said no because I didn't want to ruin our friendship if things didn't work out.
