I have to get up early today to go have my TSH drawn before work, but have no interest in getting out of bed. LabCorp typically drives me nuts and takes forever to get my blood, hopefully today is different!
DD is sick and woke up at 0200. So I got her back down but proceeded to lay there for about 2.5 hours then fall asleep for 30 mins to wake up to my alarm. UGG so sleepy.
But on an up note half work day because I have an appt at 1300 with OB. I'm already a weepy mess thinking about seeing this baby.
I am cuddled up in my basement with 2 blankets right now. We are getting our new furniture delivered tomorrow so we moved our old stuff into the garage last night. I sold them online and they lady is not coming to pick them up till Sunday.
For now we have no furniture upstairs
Congrats on selling the furniture, that must be a relief. I mentioned in another post that I am in the middle of a long-distance move so have been selling my furniture as well. Very hard dealing with people's unreasonable lowball offers and failure to show up after we've scheduled a pickup (one person even lived in my building, so weird!). I sold my bed and all my lamps so I feel like I'm camping at the moment... Glad your new stuff comes tomorrow!
Do you ever have questions for your ob. He always asks and I rarely have anything for him.
I hope you have a good appointment today. I forgot to ask at my last appointment but I was interested in whether I should avoid any particular beauty products. I read in my Dr. Sears pregnancy book that you should avoid salicylic acid, which is basically in all of my face cleansers and lotion. I will definitely ask my doctor next time about products generally, and that point in particular.

I did not get my u/s today. Apparently the practices are linked and they have all the shots they need. I was irrationally upset at not getting to see bubble guppy. I had some cupcakes to make up for it.
Oh, nurse scolded me for wearing heels. Eye roll. I switched to flats later in my first pregnancy.
I got that last time too about this time except it was the OB himself. Changing center of gravity, looser ligaments and all that. I switched to 1 inch heels and didn't wear them to the office.
I wore heels through me entire first pregnancy with the occasional wedge on the later uncomfortable days. People were in awe lol. I work from home now so I'm either barefoot or in flip flops all the time. Sigh...I miss my heels.
buttercup I'm glad your appt went well. Sorry about the dream I hate the vivid ones that stick with you and I'm glad your appt was the same day so you had confirmation that all is well.
