I woke up this morning with red blood when I wiped. After 5 hours in the emergency I have a beta of 2500 and some change and an ultrasound showing absolutely nothing. Not even a sac. I'm headed back Saturday to rule out ectopic and make sure my betas are headed on a decline.
Thank you for the lovely few weeks. At this point all my feelings are duplicates of my loss in February and some anger/countertransference towards the population I work with; the ones who use street drugs during pregnancy and pop out a healthy baby regardless. I took the night off of work.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It sounds like we have similar jobs - I know how difficult it can be to go to work every day and constantly wonder how life can be so unfair sometimes. Take care of yourself. I think this totally calls for a sick day at work.
