I know we have a healthy pregnancy check in, I don't recall who is posting it.
But here is a challenge for anyone who is with me! Let's stay in shape. Strong legs ARE needed for labor and delivery, even if having a C-section. It decreases post-delivery (and 3rd trimester) swelling, decreases recovery time and also reduces varicose veins!

9am/1pm: 20 squats narrow leg squats
10am/2pm: 20 lunges Right leg (static lunges)
11am/3pm: 20 lunges Left leg (static lunges)
12pm/4pm: 20 wide stance squats

Anyone with me?

also, after your squats and lunges, don't forget to do 5-10 kegels!!!

Ruca, static lunge means you lunge in place instead of walking back and forth. Safer during pregnancy, more important to do static lunges after 12-13 weeks though.
