Oh god, my back/right hip pain is killing me today. (I think it might be sciatica, as it sort of goes down more into my butt?)
I'm on this bus, too. Pretty gnarly pain in the lowest part of my back that almost seems to continue into the tops of my femurs. My legs have also been falling asleep at night and after sitting too long at the office.
Something tells me this is not one of those symptoms that will get better as the pregnancy progresses.
Yeah don't plan on it. With my pregnancies the body pains all seem to only worsen the farther along I get. But with back pain it always comes and goes for me so maybe you'll be able to find relief and not have it flare up again. One can hope .
I woke up at 4am this morning and couldn't fall back asleep. Insomnia hasn't been a big symptom for me yet so I HOPE it was a fluke buuut I also felt really good today so, wtf?!

I've had the usual fire-of-mordor heart burn, insomnia, and pelvic girdle pain. I noticed a varicose vein down under, so that's fun. I've yet to pee my pants though, so I'm chalking this day up as a win.
Only symptom is SUPER dry face. Like, I'm shedding my facial skin like snake. It's peeling everywhere, even though I'm putting on lotion several times a day. I made the mistake of lightly scrubbing with a soft wash cloth, trying to remove some of the dead skin...only to have my face turn bright red and splotchy. I've never had this problem in my life!
I have a random too, if we can put it here. I ordered our video monitor last night! This is my very first official purchase towards the new baby and I'm so excited! I didn't use a video monitor with DS because I really thought they were over the top and not necessary. Then I realized how important it is to know what baby/child is doing without having to open the door. There are so many to choose from, but after asking around and doing my own research, I ended up with the Motorola MBP41. I'm going to put it to use as soon as it arrives, so I will report back if anyone is interested to know how it is.
have you tried rose hip oil? I love it and swear by it. After my shower, I spray a hydrating mist. Then pat in a few drops of rose hip oil. A little goes a long way. It works so well.
I'm going to strangle my husband. Is that a symptom? Let me explain... He made dinner...for him and DS only, even though it is one of my favorite meals. Then proceeded to eat it LOUDLY next to me. He has been playing xbox for more than 2 hours, while I've been fighting with DS over homework and now bedtime. He is in the same damn room, but all he talks about is an upcoming birthday. He has called the shepherd to him THREE times for no reason in ten minutes...each time she bounces on me to get to him. And he is just calling her, he doesn't want her for anything. I'm gonna strangle him. Or kick him. And it's totally just because I'm pregnant and cranky, right?

I'm pretty sure this would make me cranky pregnant or not

Sounds like mine. Although a few nights ago, he kept bugging me to get dinner. I'm so tired, I needed a catnap and told him so but he keeps up and does a few things loudly so I get the hint he's sulking. I literally could not keep my eyes open, but I wake to him cooking food for himself only. So no dinner for me!
Thankfully his period must be over now as he's back to his goofy annoying self
Symptoms: acne seems to be improving? But I don't want to jinx it!
My big problem is insomnia. Peeing in the middle night is back with a vengeance. Once I manage to go pee I'm awKe at least for an hour. Why must I be a light sleeper? Last night my dog's gurgling stomach kept me up! I vowed to kick her out, but yet she is in my room again tonight.

How the eff do you make dinner for only part of the family? Thats messed up. I would strangle him. Then strangle him some more.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm going to look into it!
leenziepops - right?! He has never done that before, but he made dinner, and made a plate for him and DS, with no leftovers. He told me afterward that he didn't think I would want any because of my 'food aversion issues.' The rest of the stuff was out of character for him, too, but ugh it just really pissed me off last night!
I ate oatmeal for dinner LOL. I was not a happy camper.
This morning, however, he texted me to tell me he tried to get me a pack of red velvet oreos (I LOVE red velvet)...but they aren't out yet. So he gets a few points for that.

Have you tried oil cleansing? It's been working for me. One part castor oil and two parts carrier oil, I've been alternating between almond oil and vitamin e. Rub into your face then a hot(but still able to put on your face) wet wash cloth. I ring it out and put fresh water on it 3-5 times. I just do it at night. There's other techniques that I'm sure Google has but that's mine and my skin was DRY!!

This is another good suggestion, thanks! Ok, I'm gonna fix up my face!

Coming out just for Valentine's Day, apparently to be released on/around Feb 2nd for about six weeks...unless they sell out sooner because I ate them all
