We send to Goddard 3x a week and its 160. I know when calling around there was a place in Union called Littlest Angels (I think) that was pretty resonably priced.

Sorry I don't have any recs, my mom watches M for us. I just wanted to add that last week I was looking into in-home DCP's and saw some scary stuff, so make sure your friend knows to check the most recent inspection reports with the state.
There is a daycare at Florence Christan Church that really good and very reasonable. They have a lot of really flexible policies, and pretty much don't make you pay if you're kid isn't there one day- like vacation or sick. I can't remember what the rates are but they're cheap. I go to church there so I know the director and the policies and I know kids that go there but it's 15 minutes from my house so we don't use them. My daycare I use now is expensive. I have heard of an in home daycare on Beechwood road that is $500/ Month but I'm not sure who it is.
This is a website I have used for finding centers. It does not tell you prices, but it does tell all licensed centers and in homes. It is based off 4c for children. But then you choose search for child care and then online search for Kentucky. You can do it by county or area.
