I really love food, so I can't really say anything has been a 'guilty pleasure' food because I haven't felt guilty about anything... I guess that's my confession, I've been eating terribly, lol. One thing that's been a bit more out of the ordinary this pregnancy is that I always have to have some kind of candy in the house for when the sweet tooth hits, that's about it.
So I'm sitting here eating my greasy burger from Wendy's with a side of breadsticks from pizza hut and a Pepsi and was wondering...
What are you lovely ladies pregnancy guilty pleasure food?
AppropriateChocolate that sounds awesome, I really want Pizza Hut now. Fast food in general is my guilty pleasure food, but good chocolate could be a close contender too.

Once I got home the breadsticks dominated the burger they were amazeballs. My DH fussed about me eating fast food but sometimes it's needed
I don't know that it's a horrible thing, but I easily polish off an entire family size box of Special K with Red Berries in about 2 days on my own.
I've been demolishing frosted flakes like this. Milk or no milk lol.
I am suddenly on a huge frosted flakes kick too! They are so amazing. And ice cream had been a staple throughout. I have a dairy sensitivity that doesn't seem to affect me when I'm pregnant so i binge on ice cream while i can!!
I've had a major thing for baked goods for most of the pregnancy. The type of baked good has changed a few times but the bakery remains the same. Right now, I am in to their giant chocolate chip cookies. I try to limit it one every weekend. Reeses cups happen a lot around here too.
Cereal in general has been a popular snack/meal. My guilty pleasure has been Taco Bell. It's one of the few fast food places I can eat while keeping my sugars in check. I could seriously eat there every day.
I'm on a froot loops kick now, but I'm also half proud/half ashamed of this one- I made a cake on Monday night at part of blizzard prep, and DH and I ate the last of it this afternoon. Yes, in 2 (snowed in, boring) days, the 2 of us ate an entire cake. Screw it- no shame. It was delicious.

Cooking less and picking up take out instead has been my guilty pleasure. Not-so-guilty but still a pleasure has been more sweets, especially for breakfast.
Pop-tarts. I love them, but I rarely eat them. I've been demolishing them by the box in the last few weeks. The only thing that stops me from getting them is if the store only has chocolate ones.
