Yes, I watched most of it. I was a bit shocked by how much they all seem to be distancing themselves from Josh. I figured it would be the same old forgiveness song and dance, but it wasn't. And I thought it would be just the girls, but seems like most of the siblings are popping up too.
Preview for next week shows Anna talking about everything, which I'm really interested to see!
I haven't seen it, but regarding the bolded. I wonder if TLC kind of "coached" them all to distance themselves if they want the show to make it. Maybe I'm jaded but it's a win/win for the network and the Duggars if this show can continue. KWIM?
I think the same thing. They are only doing it in hopes that they will get their show back. I mean they didn't distance themselves or shun Josh when he molested his sisters. That is way worse than the cheating. I think they are doing it in a desperate attempt to win back viewers.

I haven't watched it BUT the molestation was a long time ago & they had all done therapy & had time to deal with it before it became public. I'm sure they had moved on, thought Josh had changed, etc and now they are blindsided by this. It sounds like Jill & Jessa basically feel recictimized since they defended him & he had this additional skeleton in his closet. So maybe I'm naïve & want to believe the best in them but I don't think TLC is coaching them. They seem genuinely hurt & betrayed by Josh.

Finally watched it last night. I just feel bad for all the kids really that they are having to talk about this very personal situation in their family. I mean, obviously, hey aren't being forced to, but still. Should be interesting to hear Anna's side next episode.
Anyone watch episode 2 yet? Anna was interviewed. I don't want to spoil it for anyone ... But the situation with her is interesting
I read a recap. It was interesting to say the least. She is living at the duggar house in the girls room right? I couldnt wrap my head around that. How is a grown ass woman sharing a room with 8 girls? That just seems crazy and messed up with their religious beliefs.

Seems a little weird to me, but maybe that's where she feels safest or most comfortable. Plenty of babysitters and distractions for her kids, she can be around people who understand her disappointment, maybe she doesn't want to be alone?

I totally get that. I don't side eye the living there part. I just find it odd that she wouldn't have her own room/space. That is the odd part to me.

I wonder if she's with the girls because the Jim and Michelle don't want her on her own. You don't want the women talking and thinking their own thoughts. I would also bet there is some blame still placed on Anna for "letting" this happen.

Ehhh I don't think anyone is blaming Anna. Seems to be a consensus that Josh is the worst. Plus, Jana and all the other older daughters that aren't married are still in that room too. She is probably just comfortable there with them.
