That resistance is futile......so here I am! I guess I've officially joined the party here! My other BMB is still going on TB happily without any drama so I will still be on there but wanted to be able to play over here too!
TIL that dehydration headaches are no joke. Didn't even respond to ibuprofen or a nap. I've been trying to exercise since I've been feeling better and forgot to up my water intake.
Today I learned sometimes its better to just let the splinter fall out on its own. Also is it splinter or sliver? Ive been mentally debating this all morning.

Baking soda paste pops that right out pain free
We have no baking soda in this house hold. Added to the list of crap I need to go pick up lol. I ended up cutting it out.
TIL that socks, leggings, and cotton dresses are "super itchy" and I am torturing my daughter by making her wear clothes outside the house
You mean mommy you. Bahaha sorry I had to. When I went to wear a dress with fleece tights the other day I ended up a static cling mess and the dress was glued to my butt. It was awkward.

TIL that I can spend a ridiculous amount of money in less than 10 minutes flat. Bought Jack's bed, mattress, quilt and sham, wall decals and a new 2 camera monitor that pans remotely. I had everything set to buy on an amazon wishlist-so it was really easy. Not cheap. But easy. And say bye bye to Hubby's bonus that just got deposited today!! (That is what we were planning to use it for anyway-but wow, weird to spend almost all in one shot.)
Also, sad that boy clothes don't have more sequins. I need to put DS in figure skating.
DS1 was deeply troubled by the fact that he couldn't take home the sparkly Christmas dresses when we were at the local children's boutique last year. I spoke with the owner about it because she also carries a couple of "work from home mom" brands, and she thought one of them might be able to create something for DS1. To clarify, I'm not against my son wearing dresses, but I'm not going to pay boutique prices for glitter and sequins, we can deal with that at home with some fabric glue and my crafting box or we can always raid my mother's collection of old dance costumes.
